Some pretty wild lighting choices that I would normally find at a IKEA. I was looking for something that would be tied to a motion sensor system where upon entering the room the lights would just turn on for you. Not a huge fan of the prices though

Get ready for this. Here’s a 5 star review from a former employee that was terminated. Sometimes I need something that I can’t find elsewhere (or the prices are outrageous elsewhere) Metro always either has what I need in stock, or can get it for me, at a reasonable price. They’ve never treated me differently as a costumer, even though I was terminated for making a dumb mistake.

I like using Metro for finding interesting fixtures. Recently bought an outdoor fan for our pergola. Tammy was a big help in finding the right one for our application. Cheers!

I recently purchased lights for our new home at Metro Electric.... & I have to tell you that I love the way the General Manager (Matt G. & Laura) handled the situation with my lights.

The issue that we had was... we bought a unique wooden light made with natural wood for our kitchen and while I understand that each piece is unique with natural wood splits in them... I wasn't in love with it. So, he said, "Let me see what I can do." He then called the manufacture right in front of me to find a positive solution. The manufacture said, "Each piece can vary with the type of wood that it is made from." I then told him, "The display is the one that we feel in love with! & that I just liked it better." and he said, "I want you to be happy. How about we swap it out for the display that you like!"

I couldn't be happier with the way he handled my issue. And, I couldn't be happier with the lights that are in my kitchen.

I highly recommend Metro Electric. I'm very happy with the customer service, the outcome of my project, and total purchase experience!

Good product but terrible follow up. Poor communication and without concern for how it affects the consumer. I had call them for a problem that they should have already contacted me about and instead of calling me back I got a generic email. They forgot to charge me for the deposit when I ordered product then a month after I received the product was charged for the amount which I thought was already paid for plus fees that were not disclosed to me in the proposal. This all could have been avoided with some communication on their end. Makes me question their organization.

Fusion Media is the answer. I highly recommend them to install and manage your smart house.
