They were quick to give estimates. Had new furnace, air conditioner and water heater installed in day and 4 hours which included complete clean up. They were professional and great to be around. The work looks great. Passed all Inspections.

we had major sewer issues and your crew spent an entire week with us. current cast-iron with PVC piping, doing a burst to get in a new pipe. Every single person on this job was incredible. They certainly are not the cheapest in town, but I cannot say enough great things about Andy in plumbing, helping us diagnose where our gas leak was. It is a complicated process to begin with, but I was impressed with his expertise, genuine care for my situation and the task, and how hard he worked. This man deserves a raise!

This company was doing sewer work at my neighbor's property. They parked their truck directly in front of my driveway, leaving very little room for me to get out. When I asked them to move their truck, they refused and got very defensive.

They also left their truck running from 6am to 6pm for no reason. Just full blown noise pollution and diesel fumes wafting into our house for 12 hours. Fun.

We haven't used this company in years but if this is how they are ran now, I don't want anything to do with them!

We contacted Cox Roofing and Restoration to inspect the roof of a building we were considering purchasing. Mr. Cox was prompt, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. He used a drone to carefully inspect the roof, explained the issues he found, and communicated with us in a timely and professional manner.

Although we ultimately decided not to purchase the building for reasons unrelated to the roof, we were very impressed with the service we received. We would not hesitate to use Cox Roofing and Restoration in the future and highly recommend them!

A new HVAC system was installed less than 2 weeks ago and it has not cooled the house to 70 degrees or less. I've been told it's due to the heat, hot spots in the house and other factors. This was never an issue with my previous system. After paying over $15,000 and the house temperature still at 72+ I'm completely disappointed, disgusted and dissatisfied.

They came out to fix our freezer 3 times. Still, the ice maker doesnt work, the temperature fluctuates in the freezer, and it leaks. We had to turn off the water supply to the fridge. This morning I got up and the freezer is making a horrible noise.

I needed to have an older gas line disconnected for a remodeling project. Zack inspected the entire line and recommended the best approach. I thought it was just an estimate but he jumped in and completed the job quickly and even replaced an old valve. It looks great - a top notch job.

They are GOOD, but you better have deep pockets. Last time got here the same day. I was happily surprised. I only needed a blower motor, but the quote I think I could have bought a new furnace. lol

Hoffman Brothers is always reliable, texts a picture of the technician to expect (Josh Lorenz was prompt, efficient and so helpful) and updates via text on arrival times. Their monthly program is a great value and provides filters, and annual maintenance on both the furnace and AC. if other service or parts are needed it offers a 15% discount.

Was ripped off by service tech Hank. Contacted Hoffman to replace a toilet which I purchased from Loew's and had it sitting 5ft from where it was to be replaced. Tech told daughter that he spoke with me regarding price which he did not. Was charged 699.00 for 1 hr work. A market comparison revealed Hoffman to be 2x the price. This is a rip off and Hoffman taking advantage of a Senior Citizen. This practice is stealing and should be investigated by our Attorney General. Stop taking advantage of Seniors. No effort has been made by Hoffman to adjust bill. BBB to weak. My rating is poor,poor. Stop stealing. Ron would not be proud. That's what I get for not going with a Union Plumbing Company. They have standards not cheating practices. ENOUGH. Stay tuned.

Came out and gave me a quote. 7-8k for a water heater replacement. Got it done for less than half that...up to code and ready for inspection.
These guys are overpriced and its not necessary to get quality work.
