I have used Venturi Restoration personally and professionally for almost 8 years. They are courteous, responsive, and all of their employees do amazing work that far exceeds their competition. They have helped with mold, drywall repair, smoke damage, carpet cleaning, and water extraction numerous times. We wouldn't use anyone else! I highly recommend Venturi Restoration!

We use Venturi for carpet cleaning in all of our apartments. They are so easy to schedule and are always flexible and on time! We've also used Venturi for deep sanitizing cleans during COVID and to remediate an apartment. They are extremely reasonably priced and an all around pleasure to work with! I highly recommend them!

Josh and his team came to the rescue after a terrible experience with Roto Rooter. A small leak under the sink that leaked for who knows how long resulted in mold and one section of our cabinets and countertops had to be removed for the remediation. We ended up redoing the whole kitchen. All new cabinets, countertops and appliances. ATI Restoration took care of all the demo, install, electrical, plumbing and left the work area cleaner then when they started each day. Highly recommend Josh and his crew for anything needed.

It breaks my heart to have to downgrade my review on this store.

There are a lot of good people working there and the Store Manager runs the store like a Swiss watch and inventories the store well.

Unfortunately a simple carpet installation became a nightmare as I was ping-ponged back and forth between the Bridgeton flooring desk and their corporate measurement department.

Corporate insisted that I pay $6.50 a square yard custom installation fee on a carpet that only cost $1.80 per square yard. They said the local store could reverse the charge for glue-down installation, but the local store said they couldn't. The Bridgeton flooring desk said only corporate could make the change but they couldn't.

Hacci-macci. Took my business elsewhere. Was not worth recovering the $35 measurement fee to be in the middle of a "not me" tussle between corporate and Bridgeton..

Only one bad experience, but golly, it was a doozy that wasted a precious vacation day and hours more on the phone.

Not at all good service, technicians are not professional, just movers guys. Damage my drywall, and front door, don’t know how to install gas range vs electric range. When it comes to refund the money for not installing equipment and damage of drywall they refund pennies instead of actual cost. Refrigerator Door came with few dents. Now fighting with multiple companies to getting it sorted out.

Absolute Joke. I went to the store to purchase carpet for a whole house. I got to the store and sat in the flooring department for 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me. I should have left then. Once I selected my 72 hour install carpet, I was informed that the lead time was actually 2 weeks. So I selected about 3 more carpets, all of which had similar lead times. I was finally able to decide on something and scheduled them to come out and measure. They did and then the real nightmare started. I probably spent 15 hours, calling, being placed on hold, being hung up on, and calling with no one ever answering to the install company. After a solid week of this, someone finally answered and scheduled my install for a month and a half out!!!!! So much for a 72 hour install. This was the last thing we needed to do before we could list our house for sale so it completely messed up our timeline. When I scheduled the appointment I told them I would likely be calling back to cancel because I couldn't wait that long for the install and they acted like it was no problem and told me they just needed 48 hour notice. Well I just called the store to cancel and they are charging me a 15% restocking fee which will end up being almost $300. Great business model, provide no service, drive the customer completely insane, and then charge them hundreds of dollars for their troubles. I flip houses and spend thousands of dollars a year at Home Depot buying tile, flooring, appliances, cabinets, and construction materials. If they want to loose out on that business over $300, that's on them. I'm happy to give my business to Lowes and Menards.

I have been waiting for Devon to leave so I could write this. Do not hesitate to use this company. They are everything you hope a trades person will be! Jason was prompt in getting us the quote and suggested a tile store to make recommendations. Devon called every morning to let us know when he would be here and cleaned up every night. Devon took as much pride in his work as if it were his own. Thank you both for such a beautiful job!

After choosing tile for a kitchen backsplash, the tile store recommended The Backsplash Company for installation. I emailed Jason and he promptly responded asking for the details of the job. I received a quote quickly and it was reasonable, so I approved the quote and asked for an install date. It took a while but Jason explained they were very busy. Ben was our installer and he was fantastic. We are so happy with the job, you won't go wrong having this company do tile work for you.

Jason the owner did a small job taking off 1 row of 10 yr tile. He was very professional,neat, and was able to do it where other companies told me no way could they take only 1 roll off. I love it. It looks great!we were able to match tile. Changed the whole look. Thanks

Had a great experience with the Backsplash Company Jason is the best to work with. He put in a backsplash around my tub and did an exceptional job. Jason is a perfectionist and will not consider a project complete until it meets his high standards.
Also Ben installed a great glass backsplash in the kitchen . He cleaned up every day so we could use the kitchen. He went above and beyond what was expected of the backsplash installation. For those who have animals this is a dog friendly company.

My wife and I were looking for someone to tackle a very large and difficult tile application in our kitchen. After describing this job to someone in the industry, they didn't even hesitate to recommend Jason Stone and the Back Splash Company. Jason came to our home and sized up the job and was excited about the opportunity and challenge. My wife and I are in our early 60's and have had many reputable subcontractors perform work in our homes and are a very good judge of character as well. As soon as Jason walked out our door we both looked at each other and said the same thing, "This guy is good!". Jason is energetic, well spoken, listens to your needs, loves what he does, and can also come up with suggestions that will exceed your initial expectations. His tile application and the over and under cabinet lighting totally changed the look of our kitchen. Jason was always on time and cleaned up every day like you would never have known he was even there. Another intangible feature concerning Jason - most of the time during the installation process Jason was alone in our home and we had no qualms with this at all.
So if you want a beautiful tile or cabinet lighting installed in your home, this is your guy.
