I wish I could give them a zero star review. Just bought a house didnt know about a warranty transfer date deadline. Im 4 weeks over the deadline when the ac unit went out again. I should have 8 remaining years of coverage but now I have 3 all because I didnt transfer warranty information. Top notch customer service here all they care about is getting out of their warranty from selling garbage equipment. Pay top shelf prices for joe blow level service. At the end of my 3 years I will never use this company again. Manager is to busy to talk on the phone how convenient for a pencil pusher. If you want to get screwed over you came to the right place!

With pam Transportation load was suppose to be pre loaded at 6 a.m it's now1800 still waiting.worst trane ever

Bad bad bad. This shipper told that trailer was ready to pick up yesterday even it's not even started to load that trailer. Maybe tomorrow morning..
