As always the service was great the work was professional done. They are always the first people I call when I need any type of plumbing work done. I like the fact that they have the pricing figured out before any work is done and they offer different options on what level of repair you need and what you can get by with and the price they quote is the price you pay.

Had to have all of my plumbing replaced. There are no inspections done in Lawrence county when houses are built.
Consequently the builder put substandard plumbing in the house 22 years ago. Several pipes were broken and stopped up. Had the septic pumped and the toylet snaked buy a small local company. That cost me 375.00 .No one ever checked the plumbing. I didnt know who to get ahold of so l tryed Roter Rooter. I had no idea they did complete plumbing. They sent a crew out and they did a complete inspection. They took pictures , run a camera threw my lines , and explained evrything to me. These people were great and highly professional. It was going to be expensive and l had no idea how l was going to pay for this. I'm 75 but l dont want to dig a out house in the back yard. They financed evrything for me. I figured this is going to take forever. Not so. They had three crews out the next day. These were the nicest highly accurate professional people l have ever done work for me. They had most of it done in two days. Even came with a super guarantee. Would l recommend them???YUP. 100%

Gas water heater's pilot light wouldn't stay lit. I have an old house with many issues and like planning ahead. Adam came in, assessed the heater,asked if there was anything else I would like/need done in the future and looked at and assessed the entire house. Came back with 3 price estimates. The heater ended up being a cheap ($7) part, and the estimate for the whole house was almost as much as the house itself cost me. He was very polite, professional, and engaging, took my concerns seriously, and was very gracious.

Absolutely awesome. Great customer service, great work, fast and reliable. I've had Shawn out 3 times for 3 different things and has been amazing each time.

I used Farr to install a gas line for my new range I ordered from Lowes. Joe was fantastic and helped schedule the install to line up with the delivery date Lowes had set. Mom of 3 can’t be without a way to cook! Then Lowes delayed my delivery. Not to worry, Joe went out of his way to arrange his schedule to still get my line installed in time. Shawn was fast and professional as always. These two are my go to team! I will never call anyone else.

2 days before the holidays I thought I busted a pipe as my washer backed up into my house during the days we had frigid temps drop to -30. I called a differently company and scheduled an apt for Christmas Eve. That company collected my money and never showed up to their apt nor called me. On Christmas evening, I called Farr Plumbing and told them my situation. They explained that they would try to make it the next day, but if not for sure the following day. They had someone at my house as early as 7:30 the next morning. I can't express how grateful I was for their quick response. Going 5 days without water when you have kids, is not sustainable.

Great service. Called Farr Better Plumbing early on a Saturday morning due to what appeared to be a leak from a pipe in the ceiling of our basement. Bryan arrived within the hour. After a thorough assessment, he discovered a slow leak from the water line from the dishwasher upstairs that was making it's way down a network of pipes. The problem turned out to be much simpler than I had thought it would be. The old line couldn't be fixed with tightening or "goop", but Bryan had the appropriate replacement part in his truck. He stayed to ensure the problem was resolved. A job very well done in a timely manner for much less than I thought it would cost. I highly recommend Farr Better Plumbing.

We just had some plumbing work in our master bathroom and we couldn't be more pleased. The work was done quickly and the cost was low. Chuck was personable and did great work.

We rented their 3 bathroom trailer for our outdoor wedding. Stacy in the office was phenomenal with communication! They made the whole process so easy for us and worked with our venue on the right time to deliver it and placed it exactly where it needed to go. Our guests had such good things to say about the bathrooms in the trailer & it really made our event a success! I would recommend them anytime!

Farr Better Plumbing is by "Farr" the best plumbing company I've ever dealt with. Punctual, very courteous and polite and cost was unbelievable compared to other quotes we received. Mike was our serviceman and he was phenomenal! We are a lifetime customer after today's repair!

I had a tankless water heater installed by Farr Better Plumbing. The price was great and well below the other quotes I received. The plumber that did the work was very knowledgeable and did a great job. However, I will not be using them in the future due to the experience I had with their office.

It ended up taking 3-4 weeks for the water heater to arrive after being ordered and during that time I tried several times unsuccessfully to get an update on when it should arrive. All I heard was, "We'll check and get back to you", which they never did until about 3 weeks and 3-4 requests for information had gone by.

I was finally given an arrival date and we scheduled the work. I decided to call the afternoon before to confirm since I was staying home from work for this. I was told the unit hadn't arrived so we'd need to reschedule. If I hadn't called to confirm I would have been sitting at home waiting and no one would have shown up!

After the unit finally got installed I had a question about how it operated that wasn't explained in the manual. So I asked to have my question relayed to the installer. 8 days later I had to follow up and ask why my simple question was taking so long to be answered. I got a call from the plumber later that morning.

It's a shame because everything else about my experience with Farr Better Plumbing made me want to use them for my future needs.

Called on Monday morning (always a busy time), got a plumber scheduled between 3-5 pm! Got a call at 3:05 that plumber was on the way. Bryan came, fixed our problems. Very nice, very professional. We highly recommend this company. Second time we used them and have nothing but praise for everything they've done for us.

Fantastic service! I just purchased my first house, and have never had to call a plumber before. I wasn't sure what to expect, but for some reason I imagined it was going to be difficult and expensive. Happy to say it was neither! I had called to fix some leaking issues under my kitchen sink. Chuck came out and hooked it up! Literally! I have no idea what's going on under the sink, but I got some new pipes or hoses or whatever, it looks so much more organized... And it's DRY!! Job well done!
I also want to mention, he advised my garbage disposal was broken and to call the company and use the year warranty with it. Told me exactly what was wrong and what to say.
ALSO! I thought I had some sump pump issues, he took a look and said it was all good. What a relief!
Im done looking for a plumber. If the need ever arises again, I will 100% call this company again. Highly recommended!! Amazing work! Thank you!!

I recently hired Farr Better Plumbing to repair a leak in the main water supply line to our home in Republic. They came out promptly to provide us with a estimate. Once we approved the estimate they came out very quickly to make the repair. The quality of their work and professionalism are second to none! You can't even tell that they had to dig up part of our front yard!

I am extremely pleased and intend to use them whenever the need arises.

I recently had to contact Farr on two occasions as I had no water and then no hot water at my newly built home. Needless to say I was super frustrated with my situation both times I had to call. My mood quickly changed because of the quick response and kindness of both Shaun and Joe.
Shaun came to my home both times. Not only is he super knowledgeable, hard working and friendly but he came after regular business hours to ensure we had hot water. Furthermore, when the warranty parts for our tankless water heater were not going to come in for over a week, he searched and found them locally same day. Lastly, while at my home I mentioned that my dishwasher was not working without hesitation he took a look at it and fixed it within minutes!!
Shaun definitely went above and beyond for us and I could not be more thankful! Because of him and Joe, I will forever be a customer of Farr’s and will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

The only plumber we will be using from now on! Had the BEST experience with them from start to finish after a bad experience with another company we had used for awhile. They worked us in and got us hot water the same day and I’m so thankful for that! Joe was great on the phone and very informative and Sean came to the rescue in person and was awesome and quick! We've used Farr better a few times over the last 10 years and been pleased with the service. They came out a few months ago to repair our water heater (1 heating element was bad), everything was fine for a while but now today no more hot water, not even warm. Could be nothing related to what they worked on at all, but the reason I gave a 3 rating is they advertise 24 hr service but no one is answering the phone, it's 4pm on a Saturday.

We had a very bad clogged pipe so my husband called Farr plumbing at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night. I wasn’t expecting them to answer but they did and someone came out on a Sunday morning at 8am and had it fixed in 2 hours. This was a very bad large clog too. I was sure we would have to replace the pipes but he fixed it and fast! Their price was great the service was amazing. We will be using them every time! Thank you Farr for the fast awesome repair.
