Evans service is truly exceptional!! We could not be more happy with our new unit. Our old one broke on a 98 degree day in the middle of busy season and they got a new one in immediately. Price was very reasonable. Very knowledgeable, quick, trustworthy. Staff was polite and professional . very pleased with the entire experience start to finish. Will definitely use them for any future needs

Installation was not done properly by the original installing company, and Evan answered after hours, invested the time to figure out the root cause and corrected the issue that night. We came down to our condo in Osage Beach to celebrate Valentine’s Day and found that our condo had no heat! We spent the night under blankets to keep warm. I called Evan’s Saturday morning on Valentine’s Day and they were here in 30 minutes to repair the problem! They are the best

Called them over a non emergency heat not working. Evan himself came down that day mere hours later and had mh heat fixed in about 45 minutes. He had parts on the truck other people would've had to order. He is efficient affordable and here to help.

Called at 8pm and a tech arrived within an hour. The tech was awesome and fixed our heat quickly, discover the thermostat was not working accurately and he replaced that and the igniter. It was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend them!

Great service! My HVAC system got crushed while a tree service was removing a tree that had fallen on my house. Evans came out that same day to install a temporary system which kept me cool. Thank you! After that I had Evans install a new system. The service guys were great and over all I am very pleased with Evans and would recommend them highly.
