Travis was so kind and professional. He was punctual and made sure I got the help I needed to pay for the big job that had to be done. They didnt let me go with out hot water for long. The electrician that works with them is an awesome guy as well and will definitely use both businesses in the future. Thank you so much for all you guys have done.

We have a lake house in Ridgedale, Mo and anytime we have had plumbing or heating problems they have been on the issue very fast and very reasonably! Highly recommend this family business! Very friendly group of people!

I have worked with Neels Ideal Plumbing, Heating, and Air multiple times over the last several years. They are professional, prompt, communicative, and do excellent work. As an out of state nightly rental owner, you can’t put a price on a reliable plumbing/heating/air business that always responds quickly to your needs. They understand the intricacies of managing guests and have always been flexible to work around schedules. I highly recommend their services.

They were on time and completed installing the water softener, reverse osmosis system and dishwasher and some extra piping in a day . Very courteous and friendly and explained everything. Would definitely use them again.

This company is five stars all the way and so is Travis, customer service is number one and excellent with Travis I called late at night December 3rd 2025 they called me back and they were out here first thing the next morning called me to let me know they were coming . Our garbage disposal went out causing a major leak so we couldn’t use our sink on Thanksgiving. No stores open to buy a new one. They went out of their way meeting us at a location and sold us one. They offered to drive to us to fix it but we didn’t want them to miss their Thanksgiving. We are so grateful and will definitely be calling them for a project. This is more than customer service. These folks REALLY know what they’re doing! I had rain water backing up in my basement drain after these torrential downpours we’ve had lately. Dillon and Dakota came out and installed a cutoff valve that will stop this from happening again. The men worked hard and got the job done in no time. Our plumber Travis was a true professional worked hard and fast. He unstopped our problematic kitchen sink and got our dishwasher working properly again. We really appreciate his service.

10 ish on a Sunday morning, below freezing temps, Travis showed up, had to hand dig out and replace, a broken pipe for our hydrant outside. He was very pleasant, professional and extremely efficient. We will definitely use them again! We are new to the area and SO glad they came up first, on a google search!!!!

They did excellent work, let us know what we needed, made sure we understood how the new water heater & smart thermostat worked, & what it would cost. Very nice to work with & reasonable prices.
