In a nutshell, my experience with this service provider can be summarized in three words: “Appointment Houdini Act.”I called got a quote and approved the quote then was placed on the schedule they missed 3 appointments and then said they couldn't do the job so if your looking for a reliable company to survive your yard this would not be the company I would have to suggest you not use them to save yourself time and headaches.

Called to request a quote for services and the receptionist was not very professional and seemed clueless to the process. I was told I would get a call or an email about the quote and never received either after several days. So I will seek business elsewhere.
