Highly recommend! We love our outdoor space.

They show up when they are scheduled but, other than that, I haven't been very happy with their work. They cut down plants that are obviously not weeds and it seems we must continuously point out to them areas they forgot to weed, clean up or treat.

I highly recommend The Green Guys!! They are super prompt and their work is amazing!!! They are my go to for landscape projects!!

Called about a landscape issue/project, and they responded that they don't do that type of work. Their website states they do landscaping, but what I need isn't in their wheelhouse (which is directly related to landscaping). When I googled what I was looking for, they popped up. Not sure if this is too small of a job for them (but when I left a message, for a callback, they predetermined they could not help me when they didn't even speak to me about what I was looking for...I had a much, much larger job to show them once they would come out to see the site.). OR they are actually incapable of handling landscaping. They were apparently unwilling to even discuss this with me to understand what I was looking for them to accomplish with their work. Very poor customer service even before anything else happened. Again, I just got a voicemail with them stating they cannot help BEFORE they even knew EVERYTHING they would be doing onsite without first speaking with me directly.

1 year addenda: Everything is beautiful and holding up well. I'd hoped they'd come out without asking to check on things, knowing that we had dead plants, but no -- I had to call them. Once I did, they were good about replacing a dozen or so plants and did a good job with it.

They did a huge project for us, with a large bluestone patio, lots of hardscaping, and planting. Pluses: most of the work they do is very good. Minuses: communication and follow-up are non-existent.
They were very patient with us in the design phase and did a great job planning things out. They took a very long time to start the job, which is understandable, but they did not even attempt to give us updates or estimates -- after about 5 months of waiting we got 1 or 2 days notice. They put in lots of time on the bluestone patio and got it just right. Cost was high, but it looks great and has zero problems. Very impressive. Hardscaping was also done well. The actual planting happened in high heat in July, and a number of plants were left in the sun for a few days and have now died back or completely died. Understandable, and I'd expect that they will replace them.
The real problem was irrigation. I was hesitant to install one, but they convinced me that the plants really needed water, and I didn't want to spend hours a day watering. However, the system they put in is appropriate for grass, not shrubs in mulch beds. All the system does is water the weeds, the driveway and the park that adjoins our lawn. The water sails over our plants and goes where it is not needed. Just got my $450 water bill -- but the plants are still dry! The green guys told me, on the way out the door, that I'd have to do supplemental watering of the large trees. I went out and bought trickle waterers and put in a dozen or so on several trees and bushes. That's helped. I wrote them a dozen times begging them to come back and adjust the nozzles, or at least send me an adjustment key (the nozzles are a fancy type that I still have not fully figured out), but they totally ghosted me. I'm guessing that they will not replace the dead plants, either. It's really such a shame that their communication and follow-through is so lacking.

We thought our new home in Glendale had a small yard so we hired Green Guys to come in, clear everything out, and reorganize everything a bit. We went from having a small patio with a tin pergola, to two patios, a firepit, pergola, built-in bar and grill, plus MORE yard space than we had before and somehow, our yard feels 3 times bigger. Amazing work, we love it!

My experience with Green Guys has been nothing short of awesome! Denise and the crew have been extremely responsive and kind to every request I've had. A couple years ago I had the landscaping redone in front of my house. Immediately we had neighbors saying how great it looked and who did the work. That alone tells you the work is done well, and people take notice! It's now the Spring of 2025 and I continue to work with Denise on new projects, clean-ups, etc., because I know the work I'm getting is done well, and the communication with the office is clear and concise. I highly recommend contacting Green Guys, even if it's to get an idea of what they can do. I promise you won't be disappointed! Keith A.

The Green Guys are amazing! A friend recommended them a few years ago. Since then we have had a pool, screened in porch, outdoor kitchen, and additional patio installed. They are very upfront and professional. Our yard looks stunning and we have been very happy with the entire process.

Poor results and communication. The contractors that were used for treatments and applications did not communicate issues or observations of "distressed areas" to the Chesterfield Lawn personnel. This caused additional, potentially preventable, issues to go untreated until I brought it to their attention. Switched service providers and the lawn has recovered.

Jukari & the crew are always so polite. They’re fabulous at what they do and are always so quick and efficient!

I started using Chesterfield Lawns & Landscapes to treat my yard this year. My lawn looks great! It rebounded from summer stress and I'm looking forward to seeing it next spring.

Stan C. Is always very professional and efficient. He has worked today, on a Sunday in the freezing cold to winterize our system before the hard frost. Stan is a real asset to Chesterfield Lawns and Landscapes.
