Did not install right and when you call them back they don't fix anything and want to bill you 200 bucks. In the end I have to buy tube myself to fix a wrong connection on my RO system.

When a drainage problem arises, whether in the kitchen or the bathroom, I never hesitate to call Roto Rooter because their expertise is unsurpassed. It happened again last week, and I am not sorry I did. The young man who came over knew exactly what to do and solved the problem.

Roto-Rooter and I are getting to know each other quite well lately due to my big sewer problems. However, instead of trying to sell me expensive services they inform me of a program my city has that, upon qualifying, will save me thousands of dollars. Again they were upfront, more than fair, informative, and thorough. And as usual the technicians were polite and respectful of my home.

They are very honest with you and talk you through the process which I liked. I got my sewer jetted out first thing in the morning which worked perfectly with my schedule there fast and flexible!

Tyler did an awesome job to fix and clean out our rusty drain pipe. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. Stated we will get a free camera check of our main drain that goes to the PWSD/City water drain in a few days. Pictures are what he was dealing with. Didn't realize it was that bad after 22 years of use! Thanks so much Tyler!

Christian did a fantastic job! Not only did he complete the service quickly he also explained what the problem was and let me know how to avoid having the same problem in the future. He didn’t talk down to me or assume I should have known better. 10/10 would recommend.

Recently I had to call upon Roto Rooter plumbing service, to repair a toilet. Their plumber, Connor, was dispatched to my home the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, acquired the needed part and went to work repairing the toilet. In short order, Connor had the toilet fully operational again. This was not my first time using Roto Rooter an, as in the past, they did not disappoint me.

Reggie did a great job with what was a very difficult clog. Very professional. Great guy, would highly recommend
