Roof Bros Restoration was good to work with. They came out gave me a bid, and the price was right. What I liked most was how fast they were. Roof, fascia, and gutters completed in 24 hours. Would definitely use them again.

What a great company to work with. Dan called me immediately and was out within a few hours. He was so kind ans through on the inspection. We had a small leak that was coming in and warping our ceiling. Dan came made a repair and will be sending an estimate.

We had a terrible hail storm this year and Roof Bros Restoration helped us out tremendously. We were able to get our whole house re-done with our insurance claim, and their prices for upgrades are very reasonable too. Dan and Ramonne were outstanding to work with, and great with communication and project managing. Roof Bros replaced my roof, gutters, windows, and all my siding. They even replaced my French door! my house looks fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Roof Bros Restoration.

My sister recommended Roof Bros to me, and I'm so glad. She uses them for all of her rental properties. It's a great feeling to know that my house now has a roof on it that was done well, and correctly. Such a difference from the previous roofing company I used 10 years ago! Roof Bros knew all of the roofing codes in my municipality, and what was needed to get my roof up to code and in good condition. They ran interference for me with the insurance company, which was a HUGE help, and they kept everyone in the loop and up to date as the project proceeded. Customer service was also top notch - Dan is easy to work with, is always available by phone, and returns calls and texts immediately. They also cut me some slack on the price of the roof of my garage. I absolutely recommend Roof Bros Restoration!

5 stars just aren't enough. In an era where customer service and commercial integrity are a faint memory, Mr. Boerner stands alone. He is honest, professional, responsible, and very knowledgeable.

He recognized two major issues in a condo my husband and I were going to buy within 2 or 3 minutes after walking into the building and saved us from a potentially costly mistake.

I have to say, I've worked with a number of inspectors over the years when looking at acquiring properties and these guys are the best. Billie was very quick to respond, great at staying in touch, etc. They offered opinions when asked, discounted pricing for multiple work and this was the most thorough report I've received from any inspector to date. They were also very flexible while we worked out schedules with renters and property managers. Overall I was extremely satisfied.

I love Billy!!! He is very thorough and honest. We use him on our potential investment properties and when he's out there to inspect, he could be in the middle of an inspection and tell u this property needs too much work and ask us if we want to stop the inspection and save our money for the next inspection. You need someone like that, especially if we don't live in that state. We're so blessed to have found him.

I credit Billy with singlehandedly stopping us from purchasing what would have very likely turned in to a money pit. We ended up walking away from a property because of some serious issues he found, and he even gave us the option to pause his inspection after finding them so as not to have to charge us for services that would have ended up being moot. This is our first home purchase and I spent a long time reading reviews for home inspectors. After seeing such glowing reviews, STL Home Inspection Services was an obvious choice.

Billy was extremely thorough and had great communication with us during our home inspection. He was extremely kind, helpful, and we appreciated his relaxed demeanor. He answered any questions we had and put together an excellent report that I'm sure we'll reference for a long time as we slowly improve the home! We were impressed with how quickly he put together the report, working with our tight timeline.

I hope to work with Billy again in the future - he's very knowledgable, flexible, and an all-around good guy. I'll be sure to refer him to any friends of mine looking for an inspector.

I am located in the Pacific Northwest, and was interested in getting some additional information on a house for sale in the St. Louis area. Billy answered my call late Friday afternoon and was able to schedule an appointment for inspecting the exterior of the house the next day. He was able to provide photos and point out various problems that helped paint a much clearer picture of the potential repairs needed.

Billy provides excellent communication and takes time to answer questions patiently and politely. I plan on using him for other properties I'm looking at in the STL area.

Billy is the owner. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. Even the third party inspectors he works with are excellent, too.

The website is transparent and clear. It is easy to schedule an appointment. Before the inspection, he sends you a docusign contract by email.

Tip:

Remember the gas pilot line has to be on for him to do a basic inspection of a gas fireplace.

Process:

He inspects the home and if there are major issues during this process, he shows you. At the end, he sits down with you and summarizes the results orally. A couple of days later, you receive an e-bill and upon payment, he sends the written report results, along with photos.

Conclusion:

I used him for 3 homes and each time, the results have been impressive.

Since then, I have sent Billy numerous text messages long after the inspection, and he still answers. He's very reliable and dependable and super nice!!!!

He is also honest. During our last inspection, the seller or the realtor had left ALL of the basement windows open during the radon test in freezing temperatures. He contacted the radon tech for me and restarted the machine before he left.

You really can't go wrong with Billy. He's the best inspector in St Louis!

I found STL Home Inspections while searching online for a home inspector. Billy's website was very informative. I liked that he listed his services and prices. I also noticed the business was Veteran owned and Billy was retired Air Force. I wanted to support a local Veteran!
Billy was very professional, prompt and clean. He also took care of calling the 3rd party inspectors to make sure everyone was out around the same time. The 3rd party inspectors were also very professional and polite.
Billy did a thorough job during the home inspection along with giving a break down before leaving the inspection on any major issues he saw. Although he gives a very detailed inspection report to consist of photos of the areas he found to have issues (major or minor), along with his recommendations on fixing this issue or if he knows of someone with a specific background in this, he will contact them for more information.
