I have known dep for a long time. I had them put in a new furnace and heat pump a year ago and everything is working great. They came and did a service call and Adam was real helpful in explaining how things work. All I can say is job well done

We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from Desoto Electrical Products. Our furnace stopped working during the recent ice storm. In less than 24 hours of calling Adam and his partner Derek arrived at our house and had our furnace fixed in less than an hour. Our house is about 400 feet from the road and we're snowed in, yet Adam and Derek parked at the top of our drive and walked to our house with their tools and parts. Adam is extremely knowledgeable and a very nice young man. I will recommend Desoto Electrical Products to everyone I know, and will definitely use them for any and all future HVAC needs.

The service was excellent from start to finish. Our new unit was installed quickly and when promised. And it cost less than we were originally quoted. Special thanks to Randy, our sales rep, and Derek and his coworker. They did an impressive job with the installation and clean up.

Adam was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. After the repair, be confirmed that the heat, blower and air all worked correctly as a result of the repairs made. There was no delay in getting the part needed to complete the repair as he carried it on his truck. I am a highly satisfied customer!

My 19 year old A/C decided it had a fever two days ago. Little air flow/ tepid out flow. And we are at the start of a long heat wave. DEP is the original installer. Zack has maintained the unit over several years. I called this morning ,and Zack came out this afternoon . He spent over two hours checking absolutely everything and replacing what was needed.
Best A/C repair tech ever.

He was really professional on what he did..He called me and told me he would be here in 1/2 hour and he was..Our air conditioner seems cooler now since he fixed it.

I have used DEP, exclusively, for my HVAC
system in the 2 houses I've lived in, over the span of probably. ~20 years. I'll call DEP the next 20 years to come. I tend to become a miserable cow when I'm too hot. Especially when my tech is Adam B. He's fantastic at his job. He is always punctual, polite, friendly and efficient. Always going above and beyond to make sure customers understand what is wrong and why it's wrong. As well as making sure the customer has a working system before he leaves. Having a mechanical background and an interest in "how's" and "why's" I like to observe and learn what is going on with my HVAC. Adam always humors me and explains to me what hes doing and why hes doing it. I cant say enough good things about him and also DEP as a whole. Give that man a raise. If anyone deserves it, it's him. He's made a customer for life out of me.

They service my HVAC in spring and fall at a fair price. Adam always takes time to discuss any issues and goes out of his way to offer advice on simple things like thermostat upgrades. They never fail to remind you when your service is due and are prompt and courteous.

They have always been responsive to service requests and have fair pricing. We recently had our AC recharged and they came within a couple of days and the Service Tech Adam was very friendly and corrected the issue.

I called first thing in the morning on one of the hottest days of the summer, and had a technician at our house within hours. Zach was quick and efficient and knew exactly what the issue was with my AC.

Adam came out and got us fixed up in no time! He was super professional and polite. Very up front and honest! No run around or trying to sell something you didn’t need. We are very happy!!

Adam at DeSoto is very professional and helpful.. My mom is 85 and he's while the service is top notch.. the patience and kindness is exemplary while addressing our AC issues..

First service visit from De Soto Electrical Products was great. While this was the perfunctory troubleshooting visit, our technician (Adam) did an excellent job of explaining the root cause of our furnace failure. He was very courteous and his demeanor made me feel comfortable having him in my home. Also spoke with Randy and Andy on the phone, both were helpful and personable. Happy I called De Soto Electrical Products to help with our furnace needs.

I can’t say enough good things about DeSoto Electrical Products. They have come to our rescue more than once. When we recently listed our home for sale, the inspection revealed that our septic aerator was not connected correctly. Since we were pressed for time I called them and they were out the next day to trench a new connection to get it working. Mid December I called to set up a quote for a new unit at our current house. They beat three other contractors for price, service and punctuality. I was informed that a heat pump would be the way to go so that’s what we went with. The installation was quick and professional. We ended up with an issue regarding factory installed wiring and lost heating during the recent ice/snow storm on Sunday. Randy returned my call within a couple of minutes and was at our location within an hour during the ice storm. He quickly got our unit working again. They go above and beyond for service and we will contact them again for our future heating and cooling needs. I would also like to mention that all of the technicians were professional and courteous. Andy, Derick and his assistant (sorry I forgot his name) Adam and Randy are the best.

Excellent service, I sent them a message and within 15 minutes they called me back. My furnace quit running and needed a repair asap as the temperature kept dropping. On a Saturday morning with an ice storm on the way so they were very, very busy. Adam was able to come and fix the problem by noon. He explained every step to me and was very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend Desoto Electrical Products to everyone.
