After 97mph winds came through and took out a tree of ours, I texted Jake to see if we could get an estimate on getting it taken care of and cleaned up. He was out already doing tree removals from the night prior but made sure we felt our situation was important. After worrying about the tree hanging on by a thread falling and hitting our neighbors house, Jake came by on his way home from work and took a look at it. He gave us a direct quote and told us exactly the techniques him and his team were going to use to get the tree down safely. He gave us different options on what he could do to best suit our needs. If you’re looking for someone who is fully ensured, knows what they’re doing, and doesn’t pressure you to take the most expensive route, I definitely recommend Jake!

His pricing is extremely fair, his customer service is top tier and his quality of work exceeded our expectations. A job that me and my husband assumed would be a multi-day job, only took All American tree service about 5 hours total. They left our yard cleaner than when they arrived. Let me tell you if you are looking for tree removal or trimming these are your guys. Excellent service excellent prices. And yes, they are insured. They are very professional and they have great work ethics and fabulous customer service. They got here got the job done were in and out in two hours and it was a pretty good size tree. Did I mention the prices are great. I love the fact that they have a bucket lift. They did not have to climb the tree. I had a small area between two house houses that they had to get the truck through. They did a great job with that as well. if you are looking for any tree removal or trimming, these are your people. Ken wired our bedroom, bathroom and garage addition. He was always on time, very professional and was able to complete the job with no issues, and even answered questions that I had regarding electric. Highly recommended for any electrical work you need done.

Made an appointment two weeks in advance...set up other contractors to come in after. K&d called 30 minutes before the appt time and left me a vm to cancel. Terrible! Now I get to cancel everyone else I scheduled. If you can't do the job don't set the appt. I gave them two weeks notice!!

I had a Thermostat for my heating and cooling system relocated to make the system more efficient and after discussion my issues with system KEN was able to trouble shoot system for air flow concerns and then not only relocated T Stat but rerouted supply line and installed additional floor vent in master closet. WOW WOW what a difference. the system is now working like it should. I HIGHLY RECOMEND 5 STARS WORKMENSHIP SHOWES UP ON TIME CLEAN AND VERY VERY KNOWLEDGBLE. We plan on using him for many more home projects.

I have known dep for a long time. I had them put in a new furnace and heat pump a year ago and everything is working great. They came and did a service call and Adam was real helpful in explaining how things work. All I can say is job well done

We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from Desoto Electrical Products. Our furnace stopped working during the recent ice storm. In less than 24 hours of calling Adam and his partner Derek arrived at our house and had our furnace fixed in less than an hour. Our house is about 400 feet from the road and we're snowed in, yet Adam and Derek parked at the top of our drive and walked to our house with their tools and parts.
