Had a bumpy start but the owner got ahold of me quick and made everything right. Great communication which is why I recommend them. Pricing was very fair as well.

Amateurish quality of mowing my lawn. Scalped area where mower set way to low, left large clumps of cut grass all over the yard, uneven mowing that put grooves in the grass and patches of uncut grass. Seems like they are in such a hurry to move on they do a sloppy job.

Very unprofessional. I don’t recommend wasting your time contacting them. Terrible communication. They don’t need the business, it seems. In response to this business’s reply: You told me the crew would be there between 2pm and 6pm. I went to the house to unlock the gate at 9am. At 12:45, you responded that the crew came by and the gate was locked. It had been unlocked since 9am. You then stated the crew came by early. I told you the night before that I would have to go to the property to unlock the gate. Since you gave me a window of 2-6, unlocking the gate at 9am should have been plenty of time. I live 30 mins from the property. So I wasted an hour in the car with my infant. So, you changed the time of service without notifying me and then when I asked you to return, you stated you wouldn’t be available again until NEXT Thursday. How is that good customer service? Thank you for the apology, but you should have made it right by mowing my lawn on the day you said you would.

I used Lopez L&L for the first time this year. After two weeks of them aerating, over seeding and fertilizing my yard, you could really tell the difference. New grass came up and my yard looked great. They showed up on time and did a great job. Will use again next year!

Very Unprofessional. Get out of the left lane in the company truck You're either going to fast and being dangerous or your impeding traffic trying to get around you and you look like a selfish person. In this case you were inconsiderate and stayed in the left lane and flipped me off when I passed you on the right...
