I’ve used Cottage Care for about 20 years and I’ve had many cleaners. Some were better than others. I requested Anna because she has been one of the best! I appreciate the admin staff for trying to assign her. In general the service has been good and I would recommend Cottage Care to anyone looking for home cleaning.

I rarely write reviews, but Cottage Care completely surpassed my expectations! Aubrey arrived right on time and worked tirelessly until the job was done. She was focused, detailed, and careful to listen to exactly what mattered to me for this cleaning. I couldn't be happier with the work she did, and I'm so glad I trusted this company to get the job done for me-- I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you for saving me time + stress, and making my house sparkling clean!

First, let’s call this a 4.5 star review. Second, know that I have high standards for house cleaners—I’ve tried many of them. That said, I used Cottage Care for a few years before the pandemic and have returned to them after the pandemic. Their cleaners are friendly, open to feedback, and do a really good job. Plus, they’re reasonably priced and don’t nickel and dime you for little requests. I like that I get the same person each time and that I can customize my clean. For example, we’ve asked them to shake our rugs outside instead of in place before a vacuum. No problem. Jamie does a great job cleaning up around our two litter boxes (bless her!!) and in getting the cat fur vacuumed off our furniture, carpeted stairs, and everywhere else. I also love that changing sheets is complementary. Once we figure out the magic system to fully remove the pandemic-accumulated layers of soap scum from the whole shower floor, (a perennial challenge at our house for some reason), I’ll be back with a 5-star review.

Anna and Jamie do such an incredible job! Having a toddler on the move has made it really difficult to keep our house clean and I’m so grateful they were both able to do so much. There are definitely spaces we’ve neglected that Anna and Jamie took time and effort to really scrub. I don’t think our house has been this clean all at the same time since we moved in. I have had Cottage Care in the past and was very happy with their cleaning service. I started using Cottage Care again because I am taking care of my husband who had two surgeries since January. Today Kelly Anderson was sent from Cottage care to clean my house. I was very impressed and happy with her work. She was the first house cleaning employee from all the other house cleaning employees who actually moved our utility table from the kitchen wall to clean behind and underneath the table which I was so pleased and impressed. Besides cleaning under the table, she made my house look clean and shine by her work.

Anna does a great job and we're very happy with the attention to detail. We would recommend her to anyone.

Perfect move-out clean. Inside cabinets snd drawers checked and wiped out as well. The team even removed items I had missed and put them aside for me in the garage. Thanks so much for taking this important task off my list!
