Overall Great Experience - They were fast, respectful, reasonably priced and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.

Eventually installed a working system. Lied for 5 months about start date while sewage was coming into the house. Lied about putting on a new lid so we could clean the tank out without having to dig it up (said it had to be done for code then didn't do it). Left 3 huge brush piles that they lied about coming back out to get rid of (I did it). Left big limestone rocks and concrete debris in the yard...lied about coming to clean it up. Installed an "elevated" drain line that is 10" above grade covered in a mound of dirt, effectively cutting the yard in two.....lied about bringing in backfill to even out the area so we can cross this elevated line. Then, to top it off, overcharged an 80 year old woman with dementia $200 more than what they bid. Stay away from these lying a'holes.

So, these guys just left my house. Sadly I didn’t catch either gentleman’s name, however, I called them about 3 hours ago and told them the problem I was having, something very simple but I’m not a plumber and have tried my hand a DYI plumbing in the past and failed miserably. All that aside, these guys showed up at my house 3 hours later same day, were very friendly and professional, they figured out the problem and had it fixed lickity split, then as they started to leave the older fella told me not to worry about it, as far as payment.. He simply told me to give them a call in the future for all our plumbing needs. Now I understand as a business owner myself that this is the ultimate tactic in gaining valued and trusted customers. But with my wife and I just having our first baby and the stress that comes with that, I was fretting the cost of such a simple fix since it’s almost commonplace these days to get charged an arm and a leg for a simple task from a big business tradesman. However something that is not commonplace these days, is integrity and old school professional relationship building and that’s what these gentlemen showed. I’m almost flabbergasted simply put, it’s old school, it’s honest, I will definitely without a shadow of a doubt use these guys in the future for any and all of my plumbing needs. Lots of respect for them.

We had a main sewer line clogged. The young men were kind, quick and got the job done! Very reasonably priced. Will call them again if I need to.

Handling two projects for me. One complete - M&M is polite, friendly, and at great price. Needed sewer line excavated and repaired. Don’t feel like you have to go with a big commercial name to get quality service. These guys have way more going for them than those big name guys and they will treat you right and do a great job for way less money. Sewer line repaired and working great.

We called to have our backed up bathroom plumbing fixed. Zack came and saved our day and sanity. He educated us on shredder toilets, which we had never heard of and didn't know we had. He fixed that, fixed our washer hookups and our outside faucet. Very patient with this new homeowner. Very reasonable in pricing, and pleasant to work with. Keeping their number for future needs. I highly recommend this company. Excellent job, great price, knowledgeable technician. Thank you Zack, you resolved a lot of stress.

Zach and his team are always courteous, clean up after themselves, and will talk you through any issue. I Maintain a large facility and have always called them to repair or replace items throughout. We have older drains underground and they clog a couple times a year. Zach will always make time to come out and clean them. I highly recommend!
