Constraction reviews in Fair Grove, Missouri

Aaron did a great job installing and finishing the drywall in my She Shed and my husband's He Shed... Had to do some extra work when the shed builder didn't build the sheds for drywall like they were supposed to which was very appreciated!!!! Thank you Aaron!!

We had Sac River paint the exterior of our house. He did a very good job, was pleased of the outcome, we are looking forward to doing more business with them in the near future.

We highly recommend Aaron! He is dependable, works hard, and has an eye for design. We are so happy with how our bathroom turned out.

Excellent communication and even better finished product on new our cabin deck. We highly recommend working with them and we will be using them again on future projects at our campground.

They were great to work with and did a good job. We had a flooded lower level that damaged our baseboards. Would recommend for any project

What a great conctractor! I recently moved to the area. I interviewed several before I met Arron. He’s professional, friendly, and always willing to answer your questions. We discussed our ideas with his experience and insight he was a great help. We needed new lights installed in the kitchen and living room, and a new sink installed. I needed to remove my cabinets and overhead microwave so he could install our hood fan. He even cleaned up after the cabinet installer saw dust mess. We especially like the hood vent being vented out to the soffit vs through the wall.
We’ll be using him again- thank you

Aaron is amazing! Skilled in all areas I needed for bathroom renovation: tearout, plumbing, electrical, laying tile, drywall, painting, etc. So nice to work with one person for everything. He was punctual, very detail oriented, always left things tidy when finishing for the day, and gave me helpful suggestions throughout the process. So very glad I found him!

Sac River Remodeling is the best! Aaron did an amazing job on remodeling our bathroom by adding a beautiful custom walk-in shower. He is honest, dependable, and super easy to work with. You can't go wrong with Sac River Remodeling!

Sac River Remodeling replaced and repaired damaged floor joists under our home in the kitchen area which turned out great. We also had them install a new crawl space entrance that will come handy for any future repairs. With having an older home you can always expect the unexpected to happen. Knowing a good contractor like Aaron is great.

Aaron did a great job on my projects at my house. I actually paid for him to go behind and fix issues caused by another contractor. He was honest, prompt and has very reasonable price rates for his work. I will continue to use Aaron for all of my home projects.

Sac River Remodeling did a great job remodeling my whole house. I bought this house “as-is” knowing that I would need a contractor to completely update the electrical wiring, plumbing, remodel both bathrooms and the kitchen! Aaron at Sac River walked me through the whole design process and came up with a realistic quote. I couldn't have been more pleased with his professionalism and quality of workmanship. Highly recommend them.

Sac River did a beautiful job on our kitchen island. Will definitely have more jobs in the future. Thank you!

Edit: Aaron came back and installed a propane wall heater in the workshop!

Aaron did a great job redoing our deck. We are very pleased with it. Would highly recommend him.

Aaron did a great job refurbishing our bedroom closet with aromatic cedar panels. Was on time and on budget and easy to work with him.

We were getting ready to list our rental for sale but had standing water in the crawl space. Sac River put in a sump pump and vapor barrier which worked great. Because of the water damage they replaced a lot of the ductwork and subfloors. We decided to use them as a one stop shop for other updates and repairs pre sale like drywall, painting and flooring. It all turned out great and we got a great price for the house! Thanks Sac River

Hired Aaron and his crew to install a hood range and kitchen backsplash. The end product turned out great. To say the least, Aaron and his crew are hardworking, honest and intelligent artisans. Ultimately, I received quality workmanship at a fair price and by good people. Will strongly consider Aaron on future projects.

This company is impressive! We had him complete a shiplap wall for our church, among other things. Very confident and knowledgeable in all tasks we asked him to help with. He did a great job - exactly what we were looking for. Very pleasant and easy to work with. He was on time and completed the project in full! Cleaned up and everything. We will use him again for any future needs!

Thanks Aaron for doing such a great job on our master bath remodel!! A real pleasure to work with; honest, timely, great craftsmanship and he takes pride in making sure it is a job well done. We’ll definitely call Aaron for our next project!

I had Sac River Remodeling out in February while I was on vacation to put a roof on my little cottage. Everything was done over the phone without having to meet anyone in person. Sheeting, roof, soffit and fascia were all completed and painted 100% when I got back a few days later.
I had them out last week for an electrical job and Aaron worked past dark with a headlamp and spotlight to get my hot tub wired up and running for the weekend.

Aaron is very professional & has construction experience beyond his years. He was able to solve problems we didnt know we had & his suggestions improved the final results for both function & aesthetics. We were lucky to have found him and wholeheartedly recommend the company.

I had Sac River come out to a couple rental properties to update and renovate. They were able to address a range of issues such as water issues in the crawl space, bathroom remodel, rearranging closet layouts, and other various tasks. They were able to assess the work accurately and complete the tasks on time.
