Ty is not the guy you want to deal with. Dishonest, and will take advantage of you at any opportunity he gets. Hired me to finish painting a truck someone else started. We agreed on a price. I did the work, then he added work at my suggestion. Did rhino liner around d the entire bottom of the truck. A little over another half day of work. Upon finishing the job, he held pay until I put the truck back together that I did not take apart and was NOT part of the deal. So I built it. He then refused to pay me for the extra work. Paid the original amount that was agreed upon to only spray the truck white. He uses people. Doesnt care about anyone but himself. And will absolutely take advantage of you if he can

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will bid a job, schedule it, then issue one excuse after another. I honestly do not know how they can even stay in business!

Poor boy tree service worker couldn’t back in his big truck and trailer effectively into a driveway on Walnut and Chicago Ave in Bolivar (unsure if it’s his house or a customers property) and took him almost ten minutes. Traffic was blocked. While in the middle of the road he rolled his windows down and screamed at the cars, “How about you be more (explicit language) patient next time!!” He looked right at our car with my kids and cussed at us for no reason so I was a little confused who he was yelling at. Please talk to your staff about their behavior when they operate your company vehicles. They are a representation of you and shouldn’t act like this to the general public. I have actually seen the same worker with poor boys logo uniform on at Casey’s gas station screaming at a man (who was pumping his gas) to turn his music down for no reason. That’s why I’m writing the review. His behavior needs addressed. And he may need more training or practice on backing a trailer…

So these people from Poorboy's Tree Service come to cut down my neighbor's tree and use my backyard to do so. Which I wouldn't have cared but they left an entire tree cut up in my backyard and tore up my lawn while doing so. When I called to complain the woman on the line was horribly condescending and goes "I will have my boys pick up that little 2x4"... Lady it is an entire damn tree...

My wife has complained about these guys before, but guess what they came back as of Jan 10, 2018 and proceeded to ONCE AGAIN rip up our lawn, and destroy our driveway and made NO attempts to fix any of their damages. These guys have no consideration for the property they are on, and have once again done damage to our land and driveway. Horrible service, HORRIBLE! I would recommend avoiding these inconsiderate jerks at all costs.

Your employees did an excellent job cutting down my tree. They explained what my options were, telling me the tree was healthy so could just trim it or remove. I agreed to removal. They were courteous, were here when they said they would be, cleaned up, all branches, leaves, etc. Would definitely hire them, if I would have the need again! Thank you for a job well done!

This company and crew did an amazing job on taking a tree down in my side yard. They were very safe, very efficient, and wasted no time. The tree was very close to the house and they did it so swiftly. I would definitely recommend PoorBoy to anyone who needs anything done with your trees! They were super kind as well. Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication. They also stacked all the fire wood up in a nice neat pile and offered to get rid of it if we didn’t want to keep it.
