Our newly remodeled kitchen is absolutely beautiful because of Patrick/ Lead & Mickey. Not only were these gentlemen professional, & cordial, their expertise, knowledge & recommendations were extremely helpful....especially in choosing our countertop edge. Patrick gets an A+ for his recommendation & assistance. We went with his suggestion & are are beyond happy that we followed his lead. Patrick also went out of his way to help us make sure all the plumbing under the sink was installed in a way that allowed us to bnb install a pullout drawer. Modifications were made to our pantry & Patrick trimmed the cabinets to make it look like the pantry was built into the wall. The finished product is simply amazing! We have received so many compliments from neighbors & family on how beautiful our kitchen is. Thank you Patrick & Mickey in helping our dreams come true! You both are absolutely the BEST!!

I priced shopped around and paid a little higher than another bid but I can tell you it was worth it! When Alec put our design in his computer he noticed to me what would have been a major flaw in our design. The communication though the whole process was amazing. Does not pay their workers litteraly screwed me out of 1100 dollars they sent it to the wrong account after being instructed to mail a check then refused to rebut the transaction and just said o well tough luck sorry horrible horrible people

Once we had signed the contract to buy our 1957 ranch home, we decided to remodel the kitchen. We chose Premium Cabinets and were so pleased to work with Jill, their customer representative, who took care of our every need. The owner, John sat down with us and together we drew up the plans so we could finalize all the details. We were very pleased with our beautiful new kitchen.

Best experience I've had with buying cabinets. Exceptional service, quick and easy process and most importantly quality cabinets.

Worst experience I've ever had with a company, and frankly, I could not imagine having a worst experience. It was not only bad, it was HORRIFIC and caused an incredible amount of stress and frustration. We spent $20,000 (including granite) for them to install cabinets and granite and it was the worst mistake we could have made. All the red flags were there, but John was so nice that we decided to go with them. We thought communication was bad before we paid for the cabinets/project, but it was nothing compared to how bad it was once they got our money. We never felt like a valued customer at any point, in fact it felt like they went out of their way to ignore us and drag the project out. We were completely left in the dark every step of the way. After paying we went months without ever hearing from them. There were CONSTANT, and I mean constant, issues along the way and the only way we found out about them was when I called asking for answers. Once the project started, we never knew when they were coming out. Then they would show up for 1-2 hours and then tell us they had to leave to go to another job. They would show up for a couple hours on Monday and wouldn't come back until Friday or the next week. We were told that the install would take 3-4 days, but plan for a week. Well it took approximately 7 weeks for them to finish the very basic install. I eventually had to finish certain aspects of the job myself in order to get our kitchen close to functional. The install was sloppy and countless mistakes were made. The bulk of the project took approx. 29 weeks (this was only installing cabinets in the exact same place as previous cabinets and installing granite, there were no modifications to the kitchen. 80% of this time was us waiting around having no idea what was going on). AND as of today, nearly an entire year later, they just finally completed the project. There's a couple things that needs to be fixed, but I'd rather not deal with them anymore, so I'll just leave it or do it myself.

When I look at our kitchen, my first thought isn't about the kitchen, it's about the nightmare we experienced with Premium Cabinets, and it practically ruins any positive thoughts we have. I wish I would have just kept the old cabinets and never called them.

I was very vocal about my horrific experience with Premium Cabinets throughout the entire project. John was quick to apologize and seemed sincere in apology and wanting to do better. In fact, he called me several times to apologize for their lack of communication and the mistakes that were constantly being made. But, absolutely NOTHING changed and NOTHING ever got better, it only got worse. Not once, or twice, or five times, or seven times, it was absolutely absurd how many issues occurred and how bad they were about addressing those issues.

Here's the latest and last issue. Approximately 6 months after the project started I called them to remind them that they installed a cabinet face on crooked. They said they need to order a new face and would call me when they got it. Well, per their norm, they completely forgot about us until I called 3 months later to ask what the problem was. They said they just received the part (how convenient) and could come out that week. When they come out all they did was readjust the same cabinet face (there was no new cabinet face....so why did wait 3 months for it to be ordered?). Similar to every other experience with them, they fix one issue and another occurs. The cabinet face is correct, but now the handle is very crooked, because they initially installed the handle off center, to look straight, to adjust for the crooked door. During that visit they were also supposed to fix the garbage door, but of course the worker didn't know anything about it, which he even shared with us that the communication there is terrible. This issue was only a drop in the bucket of the wasted time and stress we had to deal with over the past year. Regardless of a few things that should be fixed, we are done dealing with them, and we celebrate the end of our business with them, and sadly not the completion of our kitchen.

I wouldn't work with them again if they offered to remodel my kitchen for free. Others might have a different experience with them, but our experience was absolutely AWFUL!!!

They are drastically over priced and they kept changing delivery dates. We saved almost $10,000 going with someone else. And, even though we canceled within their window for refund, they refused to return our deposit.

We used premium cabinets and loved all the work they did. they got a a great deal on the cabinets and customer service was 5 star. highly recommend to anyone.

John, Candice and Jenn at premium cabinets were awesome. We needed help designing a bar and they made the process simple. Their knowledge and design eye made the choice to use them easy. You won't be disappointed! Their attention to detail was outstanding down to the color and texture of our cabinet hardware.

Ive been working with Premium Cabinets for several years as a builder and investor. I have also recently used them to design and get cabinets for my personal home as well. They're just plain better to deal with on all levels. They design the kitchen for you, come measure to make sure its perfect, they offer several levels of quality product and its always been at a price that fit the budget for that project. We love our kitchen so much! Candice and her team were amazing to work with and helped us every step of the way. Our project was extra challenging because it had a lot of moving parts, and unfortunately had to be finished up during the COVID outbreak. Fortunately the team was wonderful to work with and took extra precautions to keep us safe all along the way. Now we have a dream kitchen that we love so much!

My kitchen renovation was a long process as we worked to get every detail absolutely perfect. It was a complete gut rehab and all the hard work really shows in the end result. We chose Premium Cabinets because of the value, quality and selection, which far exceeded the big box stores and national discount cabinet chain. Jenn, John and team were amazing partners throughout. Details are super important to me and they offered great suggestions and service every time I threw another question or special request at them. I wanted matching cabinets for my bathroom and couldn't find what I was looking for. John sat down with me and designed what I wanted and custom cut them to my needs and also made a matching medicine cabinet for me. Everything matched and looks fantastic!!! And everyone I spoke with and dealt with were friendly, curious and accommodating throughout the whole process beyond my expectations like working with friends!
