I had Tony from All Gas Installation & Fireplace out to clean my gas fireplace today. It had been many years since that was done. He cleaned out all the dust, carbon debris and other things. He cleaned the logs and inspected all the components. He went to the basement to check the gas lines and even showed me how to turn off the gas if I ever needed to. He was so friendly, professional and thorough. I recommend his services. My fireplace looks great.

After reading the very positive reviews on YELP, this business is obviously very dependable and professional in providing the service needs for your fireplace or installation of a new one.
However, we were disappointed that the earliest service date was in early January, 2022; all we needed was a existing fireplace checkout and cleaning.
We were able to identify and hire another reputable service provider that was able to get our fireplace checked out and working within two days, but appreciated the prompt reply and honesty from this Business. COVID-19 has been devastating to local businesses and has resulted in lengthy delays for both service and replacement parts.

I emailed them about my gas logs and they responded within a day. They responded that they do not handle the brand I have, but they provided me with contact information of two other businesses that do. That's going above and beyond!

Tony arrived well within this stated arrival window and was finished well before the quoted time it would take him to finish. When he left, I felt confident about how to operate the fireplace safely and what it would take to keep it going safely. He left handwritten notes about things that would affect the fireplace's operation, that seemed to be based on his observations of what he saw in the house, candles, I have dogs, etc. Tony's expertise and skill level, I think, is top notch.

Perfect customer service from the initial call to Mary to the expert service from Tony. He was so detailed and our gas fireplace works like new. Love a company who shows up when they say they will and do what they promise! Will recommend them to all our friends and relatives!

When we first moved into our new home we knew we wanted to have our fireplace converted so we began to research companies in the area. All Gas was an easy selection given their reputation and local connections. When I first had Tony to our house he checked out the chimney and did some evaluating of the gas lines. He showed me options for the chimney caps and we looked at options for the logs in our fireplace. He provided us a quote a few hours later and we decided to move forward with the service work.

Just last week he came back out to take care of the projects. We had a new chimney cap put on. It's a nice looking cap and will be in good shape for a very long time. He then began to work on the conversion of the fireplace and connected the gas lines and attached the new logs! They look great and were made locally! We will need to do some service work every so often to keep the logs in good condition, but for now they look great and we can't wait to use the fireplace this winter!

The customer service was great and whenever I called to talk with someone I had a pleasant experience. They call ahead of appointments to confirm and the techs show up on time! Overall, this was a great experience. If you are looking for someone to service your fireplace I recommend you give them a call!

I found this company here on Yelp and called them about inspecting the gas fireplace that I have in my newly bought home. I don't know anything about my newly acquired fireplace and All Gas Installation helped me so much. From the very first phone inquiry with All Gas to the date of the service appointment they were wonderful. Mary, who answered the phone, answered all of my questions and made scheduling my appointment very easy. Tony came to my house and was a major help with cleaning, inspecting and teaching me the proper way to use my fireplace.

I used All Gas Installation and Fireplace after reading the reviews on Angie's List to service my gas fireplace that wasn't working properly. I called during the busy season so I had to wait a month for the service call. I found customer service and the tech who came to visit my house to be very professional. Customer Service called to confirm the appointment the day prior, and the day of the tech called 15 minutes prior to the appointment right on time.
Within 20-30 minutes the tech had serviced, cleaned, and got the fireplace running again. He was kind enough to educate me on all the features and how to properly operate during each season since this is my first gas fireplace. He also informed me what to do if I needed to shut something off asap and we went downstairs and showed me what gas valve needed to be cut off.

I will definitely use this company again for any service calls, or when I need to replace my aging gas fireplace.
