Constraction reviews in Fenton, Missouri

Awesome company, Will Reed, Covenant Contracting built our deck and did a great job conquering bad weather, permits and homeowners association problems. Five stars for reliability, trustworthiness and quality. Thanks Will!

Covenant Contracting LLC is hands down the best roofing company I have ever used. From start to finish, their professionalism, communication, and workmanship were outstanding. They completed roofing work on multiple buildings for us, and every single project was done with excellence and attention to detail.

Their team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and orderly. You can tell they truly care about quality and doing the job right the first time. It’s rare to find a company that combines integrity, skill, and strong customer service the way they do.

I highly recommend Covenant Contracting LLC to anyone in need of roofing services. You will not be disappointed.

Covenant Contracting showed up when he said he would. Bidded the job I asked for without upselling or adding more that was needed. The crew that installed my gutters arrived on time, quickly, and professionally Finished the job. They removed all the mess. Best I could say is, I would use Covenant Contracting again if needed.

We absolutely love the custom deck Will's company installed for us. From the moment we got the quote to the end of construction he and his folks were nothing but professional, courteous and responsive. Thank you!

Our front porch ceiling was literally falling down due to water damage from the leaking roof. I had a couple of very expensive quotes from several companies but no one would call me back to schedule the rebuild. Will answered the phone himself, was forthright with his schedule being out 4-5 weeks, but he would come and a take a look. He came the next day and emailed a written quote for repairs, not a rebuild, 2 days later. He saved us a ton of money by replacing only what was needed and it rebuilding from scratch. We did end up go over the quoted amount by a small amount, but that was only because they came across a couple of hidden structural pieces that were unexpectedly needing to be replaced.
The thing I most appreciated was his constant communication and updates with supplies, timing, what needed to be done next. His guys arrived in the AM and worked hard until the job was finished. Integrity and honesty go a long way. We will definitely be using Will and his guys for future house projects! Thanks Will!

I had a worn deck replaced with composite decking and a new screened porch added. Will, owner, explained work to be completed in detail and frequently checked on the project. Workers showed up timely, worked all day, skilled, answered my questions. Start to completion was 4 weeks, looks awesome! I’ve received multiple compliments from the neighbors. Now enjoying it!

Covenant Contracting LLC is a great Company that did high quality work for a fair price and they stayed on schedule. They replaced our large wooden deck boards & built a new stairway all with high quality composite. Two of my neighbors now want to contact them. Definitely a top tier Contracting Company!

Will and his crew put a new composite deck on the back of our home. From demolition to completion of the new deck these guys were phenomenal. We had it inspected by the county, they passed with flying colors. We have had so many compliments from neighbors. They really took their time and did the job right. Thank you again guys! We absolutely love our new deck.

Coventry Contracting is an exceptional company with exceptional people.
They spent 2 weeks diligently performing excellent complex projects, one of which was completely restoring an antique window pane by pane.
Their personnel are very personable and professional. The owner himself was intimately involved on a daily basis and continues to be a valuable resource for subcontractors, such as a plumber, when a need arises. He will ALWAYS be our “go to”guy when anything needs to be done on, in, or around our house and yard!

For a rehab of my wooden deck. Will is straight talking and forthright, true to the quote and the work. The guy who did the work, Mike, did a first rate job, was on time and worked through to completion. I highly recommend Covenant Contracting.

My daughters volunteered to paint for me got paint on the carpet and didn’t use a primer before hand, so the walls were bleeding through the paint. These guys came and did a great job of cleaning up the mess. I will be using them for all of my future projects.

Covenant Contracting just finished a new deck for us. Excellent workmanship. We had 5 bids for the job. Had to listen to a few "song and dance " proposals. Bottom line was that Covenant was quick, understanding of our budget, and we got what we wanted for a totally fair price. Will's crew was polite and attentive to the work that was needed.
The finished product is beautiful. Work was completed in a very timely fashion. Once they started it was full go. Give Covenant a chance for your remolding needs. You won't be disappointed.

The repair work was better than expected, excellent workmanship and quality materials.I would not hesitate to have Covenant do any of my projects in the future. Glad I found them for this project and hope to use them in the future .

Had an overall very solid experience with Will and Covenant Contracting (total residing, gutters, and a new add on front patio). There will always be hiccups in any major work (i.e. inspectors, weather, last minute adjustments, etc). It’s all about overcoming these obstacles and still getting everything done in an efficient manner with solid quality work and a fair price. Covenant and Will did this and we are very grateful. Highly recommend.

Covenant Contracting did an excellent job replacing our external raised deck, stairs and ground level patio. They were very responsive during the entire project. The demolition team was quick, efficient and professional. The teams that built the new deck and poured the new patio were detail oriented, respectful and efficient. Will was the original contact with Covenant, and he was not only a good business partner, but a personable and caring individual as well. We had a very positive experience with this organization, and highly recommend them.

Will and his team were very easy to work with. Professional in their work ethics and excellent workmanship of roofing, windows, and trim work. When a problem did arise, with no fault of Will’s company. He was on top of the situation and took care of it. He completed the job and we were very pleased with it. I would recommend his company and use him again. Thank You Covenant Contracting, Dave

We used Covenant Contracting to replace our deck. The deck was completed in a timely fashion. Will was very good at helping us choose the right materials. His bid was the lowest and the quality of workmanship was very good.

Covenant Contracting built for us a beautiful patio roof with can lights and fan, new gutters and siding. Did a great job, cleaned up after each step and final result is great! Any glitch or issue was addressed quickly.
Very satisfied with how it all turned out.

I hired Covenant Contracting to replace the surface on my existing deck and could not be happier with the results. Will **** provided me with a fair estimate and left me with many samples of the decking material they planned to use on my project. I got on the schedule within a month and the entire project was completed in 1.5 days. The crew was very prompt, polite and clearly very knowledgeable in the art of deck building and their craftmanship was excellent. Just like every other homeowner managing a project like this there were several small details that presented themselves during construction and the Covenant crew addressed all of my questions and completed everything to my satisfaction. They were so efficient in their work, I noticed one of neighbors outside asking for a business card, so that they could complete a project for them. I will certainly be calling Covenant Contracting again for my future home remodeling projects. ***** **-Ballwin, Missouri

Will and his team at Covenant Contracting, LLC were great! They were prompt, informative, professional and built our deck in less than 2 weeks. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

I am very pleased with my new roof. After receiving bids from three other well-known roofing companies, I decided to go with Covenant Contracting. They came in with the lowest bid, and could get started on the project right away. Their work was timely and professional. I recommend them if you are in need of a new roof. Thank you, Covenant!
