Your company did a great job on the traffic signals installed on 67 and Miller East much needed. One thing wrong is the left turn arrow is way to long, people are running it while it's still red.

Whoever was just in incline village or lives there and purposefully swerved towards me and then tried to be rude with hand gestures on top of pretending to try to hit me after I was at a stop sign and slightly creeped up to see past a blind spot should really stop driving 45 in a neighborhood and treating people that way with their company logo on the white pickup. I wouldn’t want someone who purposefully is rude inside or near my home.
