Mickey was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We shopped on Saturday, measurements were taken Monday and counters were installed on Wednesday. Outstanding customer service and a great price.

Just went in on a Saturday to enquire about cabinets and there was no one working that could help out! Crazy for a Saturday! Won't return!

We needed a replacement countertop for our bathroom quickly because the old one cracked. Carrie was great to work with! And Mickey gave us great advice on which edge to go with. They got the new countertop installed in less than 2 weeks!! We will definitely use them again!!

Add us to the list of extremely satisfied Titan Granite customers. We began our kitchen countertop education at the big box stores, but decided we wanted two things:

1. To work with a small independent business, to both support them and also get more personal service.

2. To get something special. The chain stores are forced to only carry products they can sell by the thousands. Small businesses buy smaller lots, which gives them more variety to choose from and offer.

After reading ALOT of reviews for several businesses, we chose Titan as our first stop, liked what we saw and didn't feel the need to go anywhere else. We found a granite pattern we loved and the price was competive. Why go anywhere else?

Out salesman, Chris, took good care of us and made the process simple. The installers were great and we couldn't be happier with the final product. We even decided to do our guest bathroom in the same granite, and that turned out beautiful too.

Wrap-up: We couldn't be happier with Titan Granite and will probably find more projects for them to help with. We can recommend them without hesitation.

We chose Titan after shopping around for the last several months. Replacing countertops can be a big decision but once we met with Mickey at the Fenton store, everything fell right into place. It's been a great experience and start to finish (except for backsplash) we are just now at 2 weeks! Everyone has been very professional and considerate with masks etc. Each person has known their particular job, done it on time and quality that you can only hope for. The people that they work with outside Titan are experts in their field and have also arrived on time and were a pleasure to have in our home. If you're in the market and want the best, I think you'll be more than pleased with Titan Granite!!

We loved working with Titan. Mickey was great answering our questions and giving us samples. The template went smoothly and he was very nice. We were told 1 1/2 to 2 weeks for counters and they were installed 3 business days later much to our surprise! Installers were great to work with. The counters look great!

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Titan Granite! The original plan was to do laminate to save money, but I'm so glad we gave them a call. I worked with Mike Metzger, who sent me the quartz colors he had that would match what we were looking for and fit in our budget. He never pressured me to go with something more expensive, and gave us samples of all the colors we were considering to take home before we made a decision. We ended up with something just perfect, and in our price range! It may have been more expensive than laminate, but I would pay the extra again and again to get the service we received at Titan Granite! Mike was available for any questions we had, and was really communicative through the whole process. Denise was lovely to work with as far as scheduling the template and installation, and both the people who did the template and the installers were extremely thorough and helpful. We ended up with the perfect counters for our kitchen, and our experience was absolutely wonderful.

Making me wait SIX WEEKS FOR COUNTERTOPS!!! If I would have known this in the beginning I never would have gone with them. They know that I am only waiting on them for my kitchen to be done. This seems like an unreasonable amount of time since most places only make you wait a week for templating (measuring) and two weeks max before the installation. This means I will have no countertops, sink, or dishwasher for the holidays. Seriously SIX WEEKS!!!

This is our second granite counter-top. Everyone from sales, to engineering (the guy that comes out to take precision estimate) to installation was spot on. Pricing was outstanding. Overall an A+ experience.

Had 2 bathroom counters and a bar counter with a large vertical backsplash. Installation was not acceptable. The template was incorrect for the vertical and the installers had a difficult time. When completed my walls and cabinets were all marked up. I also had a large gap that was not acceptable. I noted it all on the receipt and the unsatisfactory installation. I never received a call back. I would not use them..

We recently purchased our quartz countertop from Titan Granite and had a fantastic experience. The countertop was going in our basement for a bar area. Their friendly staff at the warehouse provided all of the information needed to help us decide on color and style. They were extremely accommodating on an installation date for us. We were pleased from start to finish!

We love our granite countertop! We wanted a new look in the kitchen but was undecisive about the color to choose for our countertops. We didn't want to change our cabinets at this time but possibly later. Baxter assisted us in choosing the color that will go with oak or a darker color that we can choose later! I recommend this company and will definitely use again for future projects.

We just had our countertops and island done and it looks amazing! Could not be more happy with our experience. We just bought a new home and had a lot of questions before deciding what we wanted and Titan helped us through every step of the process. Great customer service! They even made a matching dog bowl stand for our pup to match our beautiful counters!

Customer service was excellent and the employees went above and beyond. Best price around! Staff was very laid back and extremely informative. They helped me figure out exactly what I wanted for my kitchen, at the price I couldn't pass up.

Highly recommend. We had a bathroom vanity installed from Titan Granite and are thrilled. Being new homeowners we were very nervous and excited to make this change to our home. Titan help us pick granite that best fit our bathroom and our style. The install was quick and clean.

Can't say enough good things about Titan Granite. From start to finish, the experience my wife and I received from Titan was unlike any other. If you read nothing else, read this: Start to finish, the process from selection to installation took less than two weeks.

Selection - Unlike big-box stores or even local distributors, Titan allows you to be fully immersed in the selection process. When we didn't fall in love with any of Titan's on-site inventory (which is extensive), Craig took us on a tour of two major granite importers (on two occasions because we're indecisive). We were able to not only see the species/variety of granite we wanted, but hand select the actual slab directly from the importer.

Templating - Two days after selecting our slab, Baxter (from Titan; not a third-party) came to our house to discuss layouts and design the template to be used for creating our counter-tops. After that, we met with Craig in-store to lay out the template on our slab to ensure each piece would feature the stone the way we wanted.

Installation - Four days later, Titan installed our counter-tops and peninsula. The process was quick and the installers were knowledgeable; offering advice on cut-outs and placement of faucets and soap dispensers.

We looked at nearly every granite distributor in the St. Louis area before choosing Titan. Save yourself the time, and go with Titan. Titan is hands down one of the most professional companies I've dealt with.
