We’ve been working with Matthew Daniels (at TRC) for over ten years now. He has helped us create multiple backyard hardscape areas, draining/regrading, landscaping, driveways, patios, and lawn care. He’s done our home residences, remodels we’ve completed, and our businesses. Besides creating beautiful and functional spaces he communicates well, works in a timely matter, and follows every project start to finish. We wouldn’t use anyone else and don’t hesitate to call him as he always has the answer. TRC as a company is very professional and extremely reliable!

Storm clean up - we have a number of ash trees that we have been managing very closely for ash bore treatment for years. I was gutted when a large limb was broken in a storm recently. This was more than could be done with a chain saw and a pick up truck and I needed someone that could do the proper cuts that would help to preserve the remaining tree and clean up all of the fallen limb and debris.

They were excellent. So nice and amazing attention to detail. All around great experience

TRC Outdoor recently diagnosed and properly addressed/solved an ongoing "underground spring" issue w/ which I had problems for years. The crew was professional, competent, timely, efficient, courteous, and tidy. Even the Project Manager, Matthew, w/ shovel in hand, worked as hard as his able associates. TRC's fees were most reasonable, IMHO. I've also had excellent dealings w/ their affiliated plumbing company, BrightHouse Plumbing. These companies are well-run, from the "top-down..."

I expected a great outcome and quality product from TRC Outdoor. But you never know what to expect when it comes to timing, communication, and dealing with unforeseen issues. That is where TRC differentiates themselves from the rest. Follow up and follow through was exceptional throughout the whole process. They said what they were going to do and when they were going to do it...and then they did it. And when something went wrong they didn't make excuses or try to get around it, they just fixed it and carried on. We absolutely LOVE our backyard thanks to Chris, Joe, Juan, and the entire TRC team. We've had a terrific experience with TRC. They've done great work on our yard. They are responsive to questions and to requests. They've had good advice on how to maintain the plants on our property.

TRC did a fantastic job on our recent landscape project. Joe came to our house for a consult, then sent me a custom design that included everything I asked for. I love that he was able to recommend the best bushes and flowers that would thrive in our full sunlight flower beds. The team who did the tear out and replacement were friendly and efficient. I'd happily call TRC again for my next outdoor project!

TRC has transformed the Cortex landscape! We have been working with TRC for over 3 years, the landscape that they inherited needed a lot of work to get back into maintenance mode and they did so by listening to our concerns, a lot of attention to site details and hard work. Having expertise in native landscaping helps keep this property managed properly. It could easily be overrun with weedy natives, but with TRC's expertise we have outstanding green spaces that promote pollinators and human activity alike. We have been so happy with the crews that we have increased the contract year over year to include more areas and more services. Adding electric grass mowing services in 2024 to help us attain our zero emission and sustainability goals. Working with Joe and Chris has been an incredible partnership! I appreciate their innovative approach to maintenance and making scheduling such a breeze. There is no task that TRC cannot handle and handle well.

Matt and his team of 4 did a FABULOUS job for us today. Tearing up old plants and rocks and cleaning and grading the area. Put down heavy duty fabric and planting the new plants for us - with minor adjustments as we went along. They put down a LOT of new Iowa rock for us and the place looks beautiful. Such a relief. Matt met me at Kirkwood Supply and we walked through various plants and discussed what would be best for the location and sun. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This company is quality, efficiency and professionalism.
