Used these guys for as a sub contractor. Andrew was very strong in communication. This helped me with my clients during the beginning of winter and navigating getting their project done in conjunction with the weather. Their superintendents on site were knowledgable and helpful when asked questions. I would recommend them to anyone.

M&H runs a very customer focused operation. Their operations personnel answer the phone and respond quickly 24/7. I have utilized M&H's services on various job sites in multiple locations and can continuously count on them to provide a well trained and professional work force to ensure each job is completed to satisfaction.

Valley Material has been doing business with M &H since they started there St Louis division. The whole team from Keith, Kevin, Frank, Andrew operate with the upmost professionalism. I work with Jason Gardner and his guys in the St Louis area and they are fantastic to deal with. I have referred a few clients to them for various maintenance/service needs and M&H always exceeds expectations. In fact, all of the customers I have sent to M&H have ended up using them all over their systems and referring them on to other customers. M&H always finds ways to deliver and take care of the customer, which is what the rail business is all about. They are a top-notch contractor.

I have used Musselman & Hall for all of our concrete work for over 4 years, and every time, the work is flawless. They have done small jobs, patching damaged sidewalks, to large jobs, removing and re-pouring a 9200 sq. ft. slab. Their employees are always committed to doing the work efficiently, correctly and Most Important, Safely. I would, and do, recommend Musselman & Hall for all of your concrete needs.

Exploited my elderly sister , billing her for extra services , ,I came to see her , was in disbelief how bad her yard looked , her sight is not that good , .. I took several pics & sent them to True green they agreed to reimburse her but never did , her name is Joyce Barger , her yard was 75%weeds. They claimed they took it off her credit card , which they never did

TruGreen has worked with us on all our issues. Our lawn was gorgeous until 1 mishap. I will easily give 5s when our lawn gets back to where it was. Not quite there yet, but working on it 😍

No matter how hard you try you will never get a local customer rep on the phone .. just try to call the number and try to get a local rep !! The service is non existent

True green Fenton has been taking our money to take care of our lawn and it looks awful. Worst on the block we have called three times for a supervisor to come out and assess the situation. Each time the normal tech shows up to just apply the next treatment. If you call the 636 # you reach a call center who reads from a script. There’s no way to actually get a supervisor to call or come out. Next step is cancelling our service.

My experience has been so, so. Techs are nice, friendly, and helpful. When I've called in to address an issue with my lawn. I'm talking to someone who seems clueless to my unique situation. They're quick to offer to send someone out to re treat. That's not always the issue. When new weeds pop up everywhere in mid season and no one seems interested in coming out to look. The answer seems to be re treatment.

I signed up with TruGreen for service beginning in the spring of 2020. At first, they did a great job. My lawn was healthy, and relatively weed free. After a couple of treatments, however, I started having lots of weeds popping up. We had some landscaping work done, which resulted in better than 75% of our yard being torn up by heavy equipment. We happened to be out of town when TruGreen arrived for our next service. Despite the fact that we had mud instead of grass over the vast majority of our lawn, they treated it anyway, and even applied a second treatment, which resulted in my bill being double what it normally is. I called the office and asked to speak to a manager. I was told I a manager would call me back within 2 business days. A week later, I still had not received a call back. To top it off, the small bit of grass that's left is riddled with weeds. If you want a company that provides quality service at a fair price, look elsewhere.

Initial application killed numerous lawn plants, great job! However, the crabgrass continues to grow and no end insight.

Worst is lawn care company you can possibly go with customer representatives are absolutely disrespectful and rude. Just got a call from one of them and she was ready to argue with me as if she’s the one paying me. I went ahead and explain to her. I had to disconnect the mosquito services because they never came out to redo my lawn, and she continued to argue with me until she hung up the phone and overpriced

Osie was courteous, came to the door and informed me about today’s application of fertilizer/pre-emergent herbicide and asked if I had any questions. He is the first TruGreen representative to use a blower to remove chemicals from my sidewalk and driveway!

Nick introduced himself and was very polite and professional explaining the service. I was impressed. Keep up the good work Nick!

Scheduled quickly and left details of today’s treatment on app for me. Very pleased with professionalism as well as nice guy. Excited to see the improvement in my lawns future.

Very professional and friendly. I can wait until the lawn reflects what the service brings. I have a neighbor using true green service and his lawn is healthy and lush green. Mine will soon follow.

Excellent communication. They tell you what you’re getting and when you should expect it. And then they show up on time and do what they said they were going to do! You wouldn’t think that would be that big of a deal. But that’s not what I have found with many companies today!
