Very thankful of Tim's help this morning unblocking our drains and from preventing a wider problem. He was professional and kept us informed at all times of next steps. However, I understand we were fit in the morning after we called for assistance which we were grateful for but we do feel it was very overpriced for the work done.

This does not take away from Tim's work that was done. Hence, why we are leaving the 5 star rating.

This inspection came with the service I got a few days ago. Nick and his associate were great. They were both professional, friendly, and helpful. They pretty quickly identified what could be causing my main stoppage and offered some solutions and recommendations. Thanks for the help guys.

Shawn was great! He came for my water heater and while he was there I asked him to look at the washing machine standpipe. It was clogged and he was able to take care of it right then. He was up front about pricing and was thorough and efficient. I will definitely request him if I need further work done.

I was having the hardest time finding ANYONE to come fix what another provider told me was a sewer lateral break. Bobby came out first thing Monday, showed me where the problem was, fixed it right up, and took care of cleaning up the sewage that had backfired into our basement. He was fast, affordable, professional, and so kind. Thanks again, Bobby!!

I have had them here for 2 different issues in past 6 months and highly recommend their services.

These guys did an amazing job. They had to go down in the stack and cut away roots that looked more like tree trunks to me, they drilled out the drain from the basement, they tested the pump. I may not be describing things correctly but hopefully you get the gist.
They were very polite and courteous, and from now on they will be my ‘go to’ when I have sewer/plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company!

We paid them $250 to scope the pipe leading out to the sewer. They charged us $250 for the scope and said they would call us back with an estimate. Never heard from them again! They will easily take your money and leave you hanging! Also, we have had a few different estimates and no other company had charged us to scope the sewer pipe. It’s sad that you have people out there that conduct business like this. Very unprofessional!!!

I honestly have no idea if they do good work because they wouldn't show up. I was told on 5 different days that they were coming to my house for my septic and all 5 days they no called no showed. When I called I was always assured they would come the next day.....then nothing. I've never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism and lack of work ethic.

Bob & Bobby did an outstanding job on repairing my sewer lines ! They are very knowledgeable and very good at what they do ! They explain how they repaired the sewer line and advised me their work has a life time warranty ! I will call this company if I have any other plumbing issues !!

Bob sent out his best crew which is led by his son Bob Junior. They showed up to a really bad situation and systematically got it done. Bob Junior is unflappable, knowledgeable, and above all super polite. They worked through my problem and allowed me to gain knowledge to my system as well.
This was a job that had 20 employees waiting to use the bathroom and they got it done quickly. There is no other emergency plumbing company for me, but Bob Mahoney, Plumbing and Excavating.
