Property Medic

If I could give Mike Badger more than five stars, I absolutely would. From start to finish, Mike exceeded every expectation. He restored my basement with incredible craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism. What could have been a stressful experience became a smooth and reassuring process thanks to his expertise and communication.

Mike treated my home as if it were his own, taking pride in every aspect of the work and making sure everything was done right. The finished basement looks amazing, and the quality of his work is second to none. Reliable, honest, hardworking, and genuinely committed to his customers, Mike is the kind of technician everyone hopes to find.

I cannot recommend Mike highly enough. If you're looking for someone who delivers exceptional results and truly cares about his work, look no further. Hiring Mike was one of the best decisions I made, and I am beyond grateful for the beautiful space he restored for my family.

Chris Rudd was great to work with. It was a long project with many moving parts and contractors he had to pull together. We did 4 complete bathrooms (one total gut, 2 with tub and tile reglazing), new baseboards throughout the house, new basement flooring, paint throughout, a new butcherblock countertop, appliance installation, and much more. He kept us informed daily. He crawled through our attic, gave me lots of good free advice, and we filled up 3 dumpsters before it was all said and done. He brought in great craftsmen (and women) who did excellent work.

We had an unfortunate sewer lateral back up in our basement caused by tree roots growing into and blocking our line. After our plumber cleared the line, we had Property Medics do the required extensive demolition and disposal of damaged contents. Our technicians were Enes and Alex who were both outstanding professionals working with us explaining everything they were doing and who did an excellent job completing all this difficult work!!
