Ralph was very thorough in his investigation of our electrical problem. He was very patient, kind, and willing to explain everything to me so I could learn about the process as well. He did a great job checking, changing and updating our outlets to remedy our electrical malfunction, and also checking to make sure I was happy with the service he provided. I would be happy to have him come back if we ever need electrical assistance again.

Jeff and Dan are professional, and friendly. We had a very strange electrical gremlin in our old, strangely wired home that we were not able to track down. Jeff and Dan were able to troubleshoot the problem and get everything working again. They were even careful to take their shoes off when they went inside!

Jordan and David did a wonderful job with our electrical upgrade in the old house we inherited. It was so not up to code! They installed a new breaker box, corrected unsafe situations with the wiring, crawled around in the attic to deal with a 3 way switch and more. When the county inspector had a few things he wanted done differently, they returned the next day to do those tasks. A great experience.

Found this company on craigslist. I was able to make an appointment the night before for the next day. Bryce was able to fix the problem and communicate with me what was going on. This is a trustworthy company. The service I received was fuse replaced. I will be going with them to install a new electric panel in the future.

Both times I've called and made an appointment with wirenuts, the operator has been very nice, and the scheduled service itself has been prompt and early. Ralph was the tech for both visits, doing his best to find the source of my very alarming, mysterious electrical issue. He explained everything he was doing and was very professional, even when I was getting super frustrated with the whole thing by the second visit. Kudos and thanks to him!

They originally traced the issue to being on Ameren's end; Ameren came out and said it was a problem with the breaker box- without ever having access to said box. And yet (at the risk of jinxing myself of course,) the problem has been gone since Ameren came out and mucked with the meter; even the readings the tech took on the follow-up were where they were supposed to be compared to the first visit, so they declined to do any further, currently unnecessary work when they could have very easily charged me for unneeded services.

If(?) the problem returns, or I need anything else electrical done, I know who I'll be calling again!
