Found this company on craigslist. I was able to make an appointment the night before for the next day. Bryce was able to fix the problem and communicate with me what was going on. This is a trustworthy company. The service I received was fuse replaced. I will be going with them to install a new electric panel in the future.

Both times I've called and made an appointment with wirenuts, the operator has been very nice, and the scheduled service itself has been prompt and early. Ralph was the tech for both visits, doing his best to find the source of my very alarming, mysterious electrical issue. He explained everything he was doing and was very professional, even when I was getting super frustrated with the whole thing by the second visit. Kudos and thanks to him!

They originally traced the issue to being on Ameren's end; Ameren came out and said it was a problem with the breaker box- without ever having access to said box. And yet (at the risk of jinxing myself of course,) the problem has been gone since Ameren came out and mucked with the meter; even the readings the tech took on the follow-up were where they were supposed to be compared to the first visit, so they declined to do any further, currently unnecessary work when they could have very easily charged me for unneeded services.

If(?) the problem returns, or I need anything else electrical done, I know who I'll be calling again!

David and Ralph did a great job. I needed an outlet installed above my stove for my new microwave. They came out and got the job done. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you.

From diagnostics to repair work, he kept us informed every step of the way - and continued working diligently well past his scheduled hours, to ensure that our family would have air conditioning on a very hot weekend.

This is the second time we had to have our fan looked at. The first time was a repair for a blown fuse, the second time was a replacement because the motor in the fan we have died. Ralph rocks. He’s personable, professional, answers any and all questions respectfully, communicates well before and during appointment and repair, and was really good with the crazy kids being all up in his business. Would recommend Wirenuts to anyone who asks!

About 2 years ago in the basement of one home they took great care of us in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost. Now again today at another property, Bryce took time out of his personal day make sure a live wire was cut so that our roof guy could safely complete his job. Ralph’s customer service was exceptional. He walked me through everything from the time he called and introduced himself to the time he left my home. He cleaned up after himself. He was respectful and his comfortability of me being present as he worked made this service call all the more exceptional.

I wish I could give them 10 stars out of 5. We had been without power & heat for 3 days. Ralph came out (early at that!) and fixed the issue without 20 minutes. My hero! I have never been so happy to hear my heat kick on. They were scheduled through my home warranty and I’m always nervous about how it will all play out but if we have any other electrical issues I will 100% be begging for this company to come back out. Highly, HIGHLY recommend. Request Ralph! Super friendly, understanding of my messy house/ my early morning brain and made me feel informed throughout the whole process. Call them!
