I had a minisplit installed. I was happy with everything from the initial person who came to bid the job and the men that installed the system. They showed up when expected and left my place spotless. Everyone was friendly. I would recommend them.

Crystal heating and cooling is amazing. There technician (Hayden)came corrected the problem and more. Completely documented everything that was done. Very fair price for sure.

You can't go wrong with them.

We got a whole system Furnace and AC , the installers Mike and Dudley did a great job talked thru what they were going to do and got started and finished up , cleaned up great , went over the system and new thermostat explained well and answered all are questions. Very satisfied

Austin was very knowledgeable and personable. Loved the detailed bid. WIthin one day, all equipment was installed and working properly and work area was totally cleaned up! Would definitely recommend this company!

Called Crystal heating and cooling because I thought i would use a local business. They came out and looked at my furnace and told me I needed a new furnace. So they charged me 200 dollars for nothing I thought I would get a second opinion before replacing the furnace. Had another company come out and they fixed it for 100 dollars didn't need a new furnace a heating element was grounding on metal. You would think if you was going to have a company come out they would check everything but they just wanted to charge me for a new furnace. If you do call them you might want a second opinion because they almost cost me alot of money. Im just glad there are some honest companies out there still.

It was for our rental property, so we were so glad they got to it as fast as they did. We wouldn't want them to be without heat that long
So they did a great job.

Jacob was very in-depth with his diagnostic skills and thorough. He took his time to ensure that there was no stone left uncovered. He went through the unit while showing us exactly what he was looking for throughout the entire process. When dealing with propane, there is always an underlying fear and he assured us that everything was in perfect working order. He gets a 10 out of 10 and he would be the first person we would call back if we have any other trouble in the future.

I was very impressed with the customer service A+. The project manager Josh was very professional and very knowledgeable about the product and how they would install. A+. The two gentlemen that installed our mini spits where tope notch. Sorry don’t remember their names but worked from the time they got there in the morning until finished. They made sure before leaving to go over everything with us about the product. A+. From the time we called to get an estimate and have installed was under a week. Great service. Will highly recommend.

Jack came in a cold, cold day to maintain our system and make sure that we will through the rest of winter. He arrived during the hours in which he was expected. He behaved very professionally, and gave us a summary of the work that was done.

Jack was a great technician. He was knowledgeable, personable and has good communication skills. I always recommend Crystal for HVAC service and replacement.

Ron worked efficiently and shared his findings with me. I was surprised when he told me the bill was $217. I was told the initial charge would be $97, that covered the first 30 minutes. Ron was here for about 45 minutes, so I figured around $150, but Ron said there was a $120 charge for "diagnostics". Isn't that part of troubleshooting the problem?
Just a little misleading, if you ask me.

The two guys showed up on time and was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, they had concern about what was going on and it ended up being a tricky problem but they stayed until they figured it out which other companies could not do. They also told me if the problem starts again to call them and they'll come back for free. Awesome company and workers. I should have called Crystal first.

The guy came in and found the problem so easy. We were scheduled for an inspection which was going to be a lot more expensive but after he got here and realized it really should be a service call and got it changed to save us some money. He was very nice and personable and talked to me the entire time he was replacing our thermostat. We will be using anytime we need anything done to our HVAC! thank you!!

Appreciate the rapid response 2 days in a row. Both techs did a great job. Now just crossing fingers that the repair work for this upcoming cold weather will last the rest of the winter season. Thank you.

Had a different company show up the day before flipped my breaker on inside my furnace said oh let it run it'll get hot I asked him if the elements were good he says they're working I said that's not what I asked I said are the elements good he says yes come to find out with Crystal came crystal found two wires of the three elements were burnt, along with the connector . that's why I wasn't producing any heat but it kept blowing and .I tried to let the other company know this but I fell on deaf ears. thank you Crystal ,thank you Tyler* very much for your help. yu heated my ENTIRE house. thank you,many thanks. thank you too Jessica *

Our AC unit kept tripping the breaker, and Crystal was able to fit us in, in a timely manner, and send someone out to fix it. Andy was so professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He diagnosed the problem right away, repaired it, and checked the unit out completely. We purchased their service agreement, for them to come out 2 times a year, to check everything out; based on his abilities, the quick response time, and for the peace of mind, of having the AC & Furnace, inspected and checked out. Would highly recommend Crystal.

Very quick response to my problem. They even came out Saturday to give me options and worked thru financing with me and got me scheduled for the next Monday. The installation went great and they took away all the old stuff. Very happy with the service. Thank you!
