Lindell and Johnny of A&M pump came out to replace a well pump for us. They were able to schedule an appointment very quickly, called to let me know exactly when they would arrive and were on time. They were very professional, introduced themselves, quickly assessed our well system, diagnosed the issue and offered several solutions. They then quickly and efficiently replaced the pump and associated wiring, were careful not to damage the yard or make a mess in the house, and were professional and friendly the entire time. They were very reasonable in the cost, and did an excellent job. I will definitely be calling them for any of my well issues!

Highly recommend this business. On a weekend our well pump abruptly quit working. We had no water. At 7AM on a Saturday Lindell took our call and helped my husband troubleshoot our pump. He got it working again over the phone. It just so happened this particular weekend was a big fundraising event that would impact all contractors in the well drilling/pump business. Lindell was willing to work his day off to help us. Fortunately the time he took over the phone solved the problem and we did not end up needing him to come out.
In today's world great customer service is increasingly difficult to find & for the first time in a very long time, we felt good about the service provided and at the end of it all, he did not charge us for the call.
