We recently had Winschel install a runner on the stairs in our home and I truly could not be more pleased. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. Steve came to our home, measured meticulously and answered all of our questions. Mary Ann couldn't have been lovelier and took her time helping us pick out samples based on what we wanted. When it came to install day, Tony was fabulous. Our stairs are not uniform as we live in a 100+ year old house, but Tony was again meticulous and answered all of our questions and the final product completely exceeded all of my expectations. Could not recommend them more!

Great carpet store for repairs. We have an area rug that needed the edging fixed. They're taking care of it and cleaning it too!! Very reasonable pricing too.

Winschel recently cleaned some carpeted steps and they turned out much better than we expected! Color came back much brighter. Also texture was much more even. Chris and Tony were great! Nice guys and got right to work.

I was recently in NYC at the DD Bldg on 3rd Ave visiting the Stark showroom, when the designer asked me who was installing the carpet. I said Winschel. She exclaimed and I really mean that, “ oh, we love them!” I now know why. Rick, a 25 year veteran of Winschel carpet, knocked it out of the park! You judge for yourself. I am so pleased!
