Amazing service. I had my trees done this morning. In time. Efficient. Safe practices. Knowledgeable. Polite and Professional. Affordable. They cleaned up everything too. Amazing work and great people. I own to use them for future work on my personal property and investment properties. A company and owner you can trust for sure. A very good experience.

Communication is poor even non existent. Scheduled for tree service with this organization twice with no show no call.

Great prices. Customer service is an area of opportunity as several follow up appointments were not kept.

Very unprofessional. Had to call and still calling for them to finish up the job. The owner is a liar and a push up never kept his word. I would never recommend this business to anyone they need to flash a red light anytime anyone considers this company.

Encouraging to see this young man & his thriving tree service!!….Had 2 trees trimmed by his crew & they completed job & thoroughly cleaned up all branches, debris, & trimmings to my satisfaction!!!

The owner, Jeff was very responsive and courteous. The crew that worked on the project was very professional and thorough. They did a wonderful job cleaning up. I would recommend them.

Do not use this company. Owner is a liar and will tell you whatever he thinks you want to hear and then not follow through. I hired them for a tree removal and to have another one trimmed. He did not even finish the job and it's been about 6 months. He took the deposit and then took the rest of payment even though the job was not anywhere near complete. After months of not hearing from him, I wanted my other half of the money back until the job was completed. I got more lies about it how he would give me my money back the next day and how they are almost finished. I have not seen him or heard from him since.

Do not trust the word of this guy Jeff. Never completed job that was paid for. I will keep updating post until I get a response for the owner.

I contacted the owner and received an immediate response. We met at my property the same day and an assessment was made. The team showed up as scheduled and completed the job. They removed all the trees and brush they took down. Prior to them coming out I could not see my backyard 😒. After they did the job I was able to see parts of the yard I hadn't seen in years. I also had several large logs that were hidden under or behind all the brush, that they moved to the rear fence line of my yard. When I was able to pay for those things to be removed I called the owner. He came out and fave me a price. That work was done in two days. I stopped by while they were working and it didn't look like the truck was large enough to carry the full load and it wasn't. The left some logs in
My driveway. I am not sure when they came back but they were gone the next morning. I spoke to the owner and told him I felt the stump was too high and needed to be cut lower. He promised to come back and take it down lower at no additional cost. I would and have recommended Econo Tree Service.

The guys did a great job, communication was excellent and they clean and raked the branches. I will definitely recommend them to my family

I wanted to like them. I was rooting for them and was so happy to support a Black-owned business. The pricing was reasonable and the initial communication was great! They kept the first appointment for tree trimming but I was forced to keep calling/emailing the owner to finalize stump and limb removal. He would give me a date but would not show up; this happened 3 or 4 times. Finally, after several weeks, they came to pick up the remaining bigger branches but left 2 MOUNDS OF SMALL BRANCHES AND LIMBS in tarps and have not returned for them since. Also, they created deep holes and grooves where heavy branches fell around the area of the tree and did not address this.

I had to pay someone else to come and pick up the 2 tarps of branches! Unfortunately, I will no longer use their services nor can I recommend them to anyone.

The tree cutter did a nice job. My problem is with the owner. He knows how to play with words. He said he would remove the stump, to him that means that means taking the tree down to the stump. (how would I know that?) that's fine. I can live with the stump. next clean up. you won't see the mess we will cut the branches down so low behind your house you won't see it. never happened. Steven Wonder could see it. The owner is a very polite young man. I have allowed him to cut 3 trees at my home and he couldn't honor the cleanup. Oh, that's right he offers to have someone clean the mess for about 300.00 dollars. I have more trees that need cutting the next person that cuts my trees we will write every step we are going to take. No more man of your word.
