Tharp Sewer and drain really came thru for me with a basement with 2" of water. My drain was clogged with mud etc. They snaked in front yard and inside in basement. It is all working great now. They even came out on Superbowl Sunday. They were efficient. Back in 2008, the same company put in a new lateral sewer line for us. Price was good and work was excellent. I will definitely call them again for all my sewer and drain needs. Cost was good considering they came out on the weekend. I also learned some things about my systems. I would definitely recommend them.

I have to give Bob 5 stars. He was friendly, on time and completed the task quickly and effectively. Not only that, but he made sure everything was cleaned up upon completion.

I can’t say enough good about Bob and Tharp Plumbing. They’ve rescued me twice from a flooded basement. Always friendly and timely. They just do great work at a reasonable price. They are my go-to forever.

He was awesome! Came in snaked the drain fixed it. He did the main drain and run off. Would recommend to anyone great pricing up front.

Used N2 Plumbing for a larger rehab project. The work was satisfactory to a reasonable price.

My concern is with how they conducted themselves, which makes me never want to use them again. They overpromised the timeline of the work. What was told would take a week took one month. Multiple days when the N2 crew did not show up on site without prior communication. Multiple occasions when the N2 crew was alone on site and left the property unlocked with the key left in the lock, and/or unalarmed, and/or windows left open. After multiple occurrences they had to be told they were not allowed on site without the general contractor present.

The owner was defensive and argumentative when this was brought up. There was no sense of customer service. No sense of ownership or acknowledgement.

Great service. Came on time.

The gentleman showed up on time, wore a mask, and went to work immediately. When he left he took the trash he used with him.
