I highly recommend County Wide HVAC. I came down to my parents lakehouse in Theodosia for a long weekend with my son and found the hvac not blowing cold when we arrived. Jason answered my call and was there that day and got me running again. His fees are super reasonable Jason is very professional. He's our new hvac guy!

Did a great job installing a new heat pump and furnace. Great guy, answered all the questions I asked. And didn't charge an arm and a leg. His workmanship was exceptional. If I have ever problems or just need it serviced I will call him again for sure!

We had no heat during a below freezing time this winter and every other company wouldn’t be out for weeks to fix it, we called county wide HVAC and Jason was happy to come out and help us the same day! We had our heat fixed before dark the same day! Absolutely amazing customer service and a very reasonable price to come out and fix it!!

My AC was working fine until it got pretty hot out. Now it won't stay on. Called County Wide HVAC Services and left a message. Jason called back shortly and would be out in a few minutes.

After arrival, he diagnosed the problem in a few minutes. He ran out to get a new part, installed it and Boom ! Cool air once again.

Being new to the southern US, Jason then offered some tips and reviewed my heat pump setup. He explained how things work with maintenance suggestions. As well as some information about the Ozark Area in general, for which I am grateful !

Jason was extremely pleasant, courteous and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Jason.

Jagger was very respectful explaining everything. He took the time to find out exactly what was wrong. He was not in a mad rush to get out of here. He answered all of my questions. We've had others in here that just slapped a band aid on the problem and left. If you want things done right the first time, by a friendly, knowledgeable company. Very knowledgeable and experienced people. They think out of the box and found an unusual problem very quickly. They showed up when the said they would and it was even the same day. I have used their services a few times before and i am highly satisfied each time they do work for me. I highly recommend them.
