Highly recommend. My AC stopped working on a Friday after hours and Faris from the company came out the next day on a Saturday. Faris took care to explain everything to me very well and showed me what was wrong with the unit. He was very professional, polite and seemed honest.

Since the necessary parts won’t be in until Monday, he helped get the unit to “limp along” until Monday and even offered his cell number in case something went wrong before Monday.

He also explained they have a maintenance program where they will come and inspect and maintain the AC once a year and the furnace once a year. I am signing up for this program and I highly recommend it! I could have maybe prevented the issue I was having with the unit in the first place.

Farris is such a nice man, he takes the time to explain anything he is doing. Very polite and respectful, I would call his business for any issue with our heating and cooling. Really a pleasure, and cost effective alternative to some larger companies around here. He installed our system in 2017, we had to call for a service cleaning and check-up. Very satisfied with his service, thank you.

Just had Lionel out for a service tune-up (SUMMER) he was courteous and very professional, gave our system a checkover and spot clean on the coils. He gave his seal of approval and off he went, we really appreciate the service from HAHAS, Thank you, David and Wanda Allen.

Highly recommended! The Headrush Roasters Gladstone location rooftop air conditioning unit broke right before summer, and needed urgently to replace the unit. We did our research, and decided to reach out to this fellow small business owner. Got a new ac unit back in January, had to call them back because the ac drain hose was clogged which cause water damage. They never cleaned or checked the hose when installing the new ac unit. They charged me for something they were supposed to do in the first place. When I asked them why are you charging me they said it’s not included for them to check on it even tho we paid for a brand new unit.

Chris was excellent. He diagnosed the issue and explained it well, and ran additional tests to make sure that was the only issue with the heater. I would highly recommend using this company if your heater is experiencing an issue and needs a fix.

Follow up call for a kitchen faucet. Amazingly fast response to my call. Everything fixed!

Our heat went out and they sent Jesus within a couple hours of me calling. He was so kind and helpful. Was able to explain to me the problem and had it fixed within an hour! Will definitely be using Haha’s again!

I came home after a week of being gone in my house was 48° inside. My heater had quit working. I called Haha’s heating and cooling and they sent a young man out by the name of Jesus Legaretta. He was such a nice pleasant and professional young man and did an excellent job for me at a very reasonable price. Thank you, Jesus. It was a pleasure meeting you and hope to see you again sometime. Selling my house, new buying requested service on the a/c and furnace. I call specifically tell them that’s what I need. She said ya that’s our summer tune up for $100. I said I can’t be there for the service can I leave it open for them to come. Big mistake. My a/c unit is old but worked before they came. So I get a call that now my unit has a large leak won’t hold Freon (it did for 7 years up to this date) will cost 3100 to fill with Freon but best option is replace for 4200. They also informed me that I did not pay for a service I paid for a diagnosis of some problem. The people on the phones have no clue what I paid for some say it was a service some people say it’s just an evaluation. Then I get an email quote for 1900 to do what the guy on the phone said was 3100. Well I had a different guy come out and found the problem. I’m not saying it’s sabotage to sell an a/c unit but look at the pictures and be the judge yourself. Save thousands of dollars by using a different company… trust me. All said and done I got it replaced after the coincidental destruction of my system.

After calling my previous monthly "service plan" provider in Kansas City to price out a leaking gas water heater to new electric water heater conversion, and finding they couldn't do a rough estimate over the phone and it would be a week before someone could come out and upsell me on god knows what.... three more calls to the usual (A.B. May, Anthony, Neal Harris... even LOWES couldn't give a rough install estimate and needed to send Hamilton out)... I remembered seeing Haha's on North Oak and made the call. Within two hours, Faris Haha was at my door assessing the project, sharing (actually caring) what was incorrect or missing from the current setup, and making worthwhile recommendations. By end of day I had an email estimate in hand and an appointment scheduled for install. His team was there within 48 hours and had the entire job done in a matter of hours. 200 amp breaker and line, pressure control valve, expansion tank, remove old tank, reran a bunch of original copper pipe to make it safer and take up less space. The crew was very mindful of our carpets and floors... communication was awesome before, during, and follow up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The real deal, old school service.
