Aundre, did an amazing job cleaning and jetting out the sewer line that had root grown inside. He got it all cleaned up at no time, very professional And definitely very competitive pricing . I use them for a while in multiple other properties. I will always use them. I would give him a 10 star.

I would highly recommend these guys! They are friendly clean and do really good work. I love how quick they are able to schedule someone out as well as how they send a photo and name of the person coming to do the work. We have had them out to replace our toilets twice and also to replace the hot water tank. They have been very good and are quick to answer any questions we have.

This company was amazing, I had been struggling with my home warranty for over 6 months trying to get my sewage system fixed, within 1 visit from Andre and his team they got it covered and fixed! I couldn’t say anything better about this company!! 10/10 would recommend

Absolutely great. I went through Angi's on a Sunday. I received a call from a real person three minutes after I submitted my request. The appointment was made for Monday at 11:00 am. They called Monday morning and were here by 10:00. Shawn was a gem and he had everything fixed in less than 30 mins. The other company that replied, sent me a canned text response on Sunday. They didn't bother to reach out to me on Monday until after Shawn was already here and gone. I would call them in a heartbeat for any plumbing issues. Plus, I was really surprised how low the repair cost.

Sewer Surgeon is such a great company to work with! My sump pump had been running constantly after a big rain and I wasn't sure if it was broken or doing what it was designed to do. Called them in the morning and asked if someone could come out and look at it before we went out of town that afternoon. They squeezed us in, arriving on time (if not a few minutes early) and immediately diagnosed the problem (it was stuck). Anthony quickly fixed it and walked me through the problem so I could do it if it happened again. I so appreciate how quickly they responded and how good they are at walking you through everything. Also used them a couple years ago to fix a sewer line- saved me thousands of dollars. Can't say enough good things about this company.

I would highly recommend Sewer Surgeon. We have some foundation work being done at our house in less than a week. Sewer surgeon came out next day and gave me a free estimate. Once I accepted The estimate, Anthony was able to get it done within 2 days! I am so very pleased with this company!

Requested a quote through Angi app. They called/texted with their rates. I thought they were reasonable, they got me in the same day. Sean, I believe if name was, was professional efficient and gave us info on what was going on in our pipes in a clear manner. He didn't talk down to us which has been known to happen with maintenance people, as there is no men in the house.
We'll be using them again if we ever need their services.

Russ came out to fix our kitchen drain. He was professional and fast. We were very pleased with the service.

The tech was Anthony Hobbs and he was excellent. Not only knew what he was doing he was extremely nice as was his helper Dre.

They were life savers, called them on Wednesday evening they were here Thursday at 10:00. They replaced my hot water heater in a timely manner, very professional. Would suggest them to friends and family. Price very reasonable!!!! I had another bid unless the hot water tank was gold lined they were crazy 🤪

When someone comes to perform service and finds that the problem is much simpler than you anticipated, They could take advantage of the situation and report costs and perform service not needed. My technician was outstanding and wouldn't even accept a tip. This company is in my address book now for all future needs.

We had a clogged kitchen sink and Sewer Surgeon LLC sent Russell S. over to fix our clog!What a true professional and a godsend Russell was for us !!! He had the problem fixed in no time and also diagnosed 2 other issues that we were unaware of !!! The price was also more than fair and in closing I would have to say that if and when any plumbing problems.arise in the future,Sewer Surgeon LLC will be our go to master plumbers until we cross the finish line !!!

Anthony quickly helped us get a new sump installed with a redundant pump and battery backup after ours went out. He re-plumbed part of the discharge line also so it would mate up perfectly. My favorite part was that he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it! Super knowledgeable guy who got us the help we needed fast. Heard good things about the owner also so it sounds like a well run company. Now our basement will be protected for years to come! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help!

I bought new appliances and had trouble installing them so I called Shawn who is awesome by the way, someone you would definitely want to ask for. He explained that it was an easy fix and I could do it myself and I could save hundreds of dollars. He gave great advice and charged me nothing. My hats off to this company and especially Shawn thank you.
