I couldn't imagine not going with Ideal Temp. From the quote and information we got about everything from Morgan to the install team that came out to get everything done. I could tell the company was ran efficiently.

We had out AC and Furnace replaced with some of the higher perks of some of their better products and feel like it was a great choice.

With my electric bills pretty high, I looked at getting an ac tune up and Ideal Temp had some good reviews and I see why. They were able to get me in same day and from first call to completion employees were patient and polite.

Caleb took the time to check everything out and write down recommendations. Upon completion he walked me through each option and the cost, without pushing me towards a specific option. He left his business card for when I reach a decision.

Looks like I found my new HVAC company for future needs!

They truly are involved with their customers and I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of quality work. Top notch company and local. Absolute best experience I could have imagined (actually it was better because who imagines such a positive experience when your heat is out in the middle of winter). Communication was stellar, Morgan called ahead and arrived on time. He checked out the system, explained everything, answered all my questions, gave me all possible options and made recommendations. No pushy sales nonsense, just straight facts. Ideal Temp is getting me fixed up! I won't ever have to look for another HVAC company while I'm in KC.

We used Ideal Temp to replace both our AC and heating units and they also maintain our units. We couldn’t be happier with their service. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, and I really trust them to do the job right. The duct work they did in our basement was amazing, and we live in an older home, so I know it wasn’t easy. Caleb is our usual maintenance person, and he is always really helpful and makes sure we’re good for the upcoming season. We look forward to continuing to use them for our AC and heating needs!

Joe and Ethan where great today! Excellent workers and they know their stuff. Very clean install too. LOOKS GREAT! inside and outside! This company is great! they worked on Saturday for us and they didn't have to. They worked with us on pricing and got us a great deal on all new equipment. They left the house 30 mins ago and i can already tell the house is cooling down even faster than what they said! My mother had a problem with her furnace and we called Ideal Temp Heating and Cooling. They were wonderful! Very professional and prompt. Cole came immediately and had her up and running. He was helpful and kind. We will not hesitate to call them again.

Update: After being persistent for 3 months all my issues have been resolved!

Had HVAC systems installed 1 month ago. The $1,000 UV light I had purchased from Ideal Temp back in November is not compatible with my new HVAC unit I purchased from Ideal temp. I was told by Morgan the installer that the UV light would be covered by the warranty. After many attempts to get the owner to respond he told me he had to order the light from the manufacturer. It's been a month and can not get any response from the owner. Also, the credit card I used for my 10% down was charged twice and still can't get that issued resolved! My credit card company can't even get a response from them with my dispute on the double charge. I would be very cautious of using this company!!! It's sad that you try and use a local business and recieve such poor customer service.

Morgan, Joe, and Jack were fabulous. The many options they provided to get our systems back to top performance were so well explained. Their attention to getting the work done in a timely manner was over the top! Could not have asked for more professional group! Highly recommend!

Great Company! Called several companies at 12 am due to AC System in my home failing through this insane heat wave we are in. Everyone was booked until late afternoon the next day. Ideal temp was my last attempt expecting them to be just as booked as everyone else, they In fact were. As anyone would be, frustrated with the situation. I got up the next morning getting ready to call more places, Matt with ideal temp reached out and asked if I still needed help. He was able to squeeze me in very quickly before the heat got back up over 100 outside. Their technician Andreas arrived earlier than promised, was very straight forward and honest with what I needed along with a more than fair price to get my home back to normal. Matt then reached out promptly after Andreas left my house, to make sure my visit went well. If you need help with any hvac issues, this is the only place to call.

Our technician today was Cole Hunter. He was very professional and thorough. He investigated our A/C problem, gave us a couple of options, did what was necessary to get our unit going again, and shared photos of before and after work done on our A/C unit. Even though our unit is old, there was no pressure to invest in a brand new unit, but rather gave us options for the future with his company. He was very personable and easy to talk to about his process. He explained everything so we completely understood. He gave us info as to what to watch for if the unit acts up again and a sticker with his company's contact when needed. I would refer family and friends to this company. Thank you so much. We will keep Cole in mind for all repairs and or installation of a new unit.

I purchased a new furnace from IdealTemp. Morgan was exceptional in providing me with the reasons behind why I needed to replace my furnace (besides it being an over 25 year old unit). He caringly and carefully explained everything and answered all of my questions, as he recognized that this was a big purchase for me. Joe and Jack arrived the next day to install my new furnace. They were punctual, professional, and protected my floors during the entire installation process. From sales to diagnosis to installation, IdealTemp carries the same care and professionalism in every interaction. This is a very classy HVAC company and I highly recommend their service.

Finally! An HVAC Contractor that puts the customer experience first. I received both a phone call & a text announcing the technicians arrival. Cole arrived on time and provided the cost upfront.
As a person with little knowledge in the HVAC area, I appreciated Cole taking the extra time to explain all my options so I made the best financial decision for me. My experience with Ideal Temp was one of professionalism, knowledge, and honesty. Where has Ideal Temp been hiding! Highly Recommend.

Excellent service! I was extremely impressed with this Company and it’s reputation. I got 5 estimates and Matt was the only one who sat down and explained everything. Everyone I’ve dealt with so far — Matt, Alex, and Kirk — have all been great. They worked beyond closing time so they could finish the job. And the equipment has been great. We haven’t had any issues. I would recommend Ideal Temps to anyone!

Dawn the receptionist was so helpful and delightful. She even let my technician know I was running late! Taylor our technician was great! Very informative and helpful. Sadly we got bad news for our unit, but it’s also 12 years old, so we were kind of expecting it. He gave us a ton of options to assist with our issue and ensure we stay cool for many summers to come. He was very thorough and wanted to make sure that we understood exactly what he was seeing and what could happen. I would recommend this company to a family member or friend!!

Arrived same day as I called to assess issue with furnace. Had to order a part. Communicated effectively over the next few days. Showed up exactly when they told me they would to finish the job. Dre was a pleasure to work/communicate with during the process. Decided to join the maintenance program based off their service level. Thank you Dre.

So far so good. Installation was very good.

We contacted Ideal Temp to replace our AC and furnace a few years ago after struggling with an aging system that just couldn’t keep up. This year we were having issues with it when it was 102° outside. They sent a tech over same day to fix the issue and check our system. They got us set up with a maintenance plan and parts warranty for years to come. After everything was up and running and the house was cool again, the tech let us know he was still seeing some numbers that weren’t lining up with what they should and he wanted to get another set of eyes on it. Per their protocol, they scheduled a field supervisor to come out to reinspect (at no additional cost) and make sure everything was checked and any issues were corrected. The field supervisor came out and was able to quickly diagnose and correct the problem, ensuring maximum productivity of our AC unit. Every tech we have had over the years has been professional, courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. They consistently go the extra mile to prevent future issues and guarantee their work! And a huge bonus? They have all been comfortable with our loud dogs and worked with us to set appointments that are compatible with our schedule! 10/10 would recommend!

We had Matt at Ideal Temps install an entire heating cooling system at our house.

He was very personable, polite and professional in discussing all of our options.

His prices were competitive. He also had great financing options. We found the options that were right for us and his crew was out within the week to install the a/c and furnace system.

They installed the entire system in one day. Their workmanship was very professional. It looks great and works very well! I couldn’t believe how fast they got it done and how great it looks.

I can’t wait to enjoy my cool house this summer for the first time in a long time.

I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend.

Ideal Temp was great to work with! I was impressed with the quality of work that Kirk did along with the speed the job was completed. The bid for the job was by far the cheapest, and they started the next day. Overall my experience was great and I'm recommending them to everyone i know! They'll be my first call on anything i need in the future.

I've setup 3 different appointments over the last 4 weeks, the last one being yesterday and for the third time no one has showed up. No text, no call, nothing. Up until this year I've had great service, I called the tech that usually would come to my house in the past and he indicated this business is failing and he no longer works for them, which at the time I ignored, but now I'm beginning to think he is correct. You no longer get to speak to someone at the place of business, instead all calls are now routed through an answering service. The first appointment was set by a guy that sounded like he just got out of bed, audibly and loudly stretching, clearly couldnt care less about talking to me or getting my appointment setup. My system is still under warranty and I can't get this company to come do my seasonal tune up and to address the outside condensor noise that has been getting worse for weeks now.
