I started using Caleb with Fresh Lawn last summer and couldn’t be happier. He’s polite, professional and most importantly just does quality work. He shows up on time, he always closes the gate without being told which is SO important for me since I have a dog. I highly recommend them and am definitely using them again this year too!

I hired this company to do leaf removal. Initially I had just the front yard done as it had a zillion leaves all over (the back had far less). The owner came and did an efficient job on the lawn and removed almost every leaf! He was friendly and arrived when he said he would. He took no breaks, just work work work. The front yard looked EXCELLENT when he was done. He did such a great job, I decided to have him go ahead and do the back yard too! His prices were very fair so between the price and the quality work, it was a great value. Give this company a try!!

Driving North 71highway before 75th street exit slinging gravel rocks EVERYWHERE on peoples vehicles. Unprofessional. I’ll be sure to check my vehicle for damage.

Just got an email that stated due to staffing issues they can no longer mow and weed eat my lawn. And yet I know other people
Who didn’t get their services canceled. So I am unsure of why it was just mine. So now I’m screwed. And have to do more research to try and find an affordable lawn care service. Which is frustrating. I don’t understand. If you cannot run a business without having to cancel people’s services you shouldn’t be in business. I’ll be sure to make sure no one uses these services in fear of them being cancelled due to “staffing issues” absolutely ridiculous.

Was looking for a long-term Landscaping relationship. We agreed a 2 hour period made sense and was told verbally what to expect for that first time out bill. Seemed reasonabe to me.
After the first visit it was apparent it wasn't going to work out after all with this company long term.
The workers performance was okay but I did have some concerns with it and offered to elaborate if it would be helpful. The manager was not interested to hear any detail about what my concerns had been. Insisting HE was satisfied.
Then when I got the bill it was DOUBLE what I was told to expect with no explanation!
I asked for a detailed breakdown of what the add-on charges were for. The manager couldnt be bothered and refused to provide them. His attitude was rude, condescending and simply told me I should accept his add on charges because they were "accurate". Threatening to turn me over to collections if I didn't pay the full amount of what he said was "accurate".
What a nightmare!
Fortunately the account was settled. No thanks to him but thanks to a reasonable accounts receivable manager who understood the miscommunications.
I only heard from the rude manager after the fact and after posting my google review. Suddenly he wanted us to "work together" to take down my bad review. No thanks.

When I started looking for a company to put up my outside Christmas lights on my house, I saw several companies listed. What drew my attention to Elevate Outdoors was all the positive reviews. I am so glad that I decided on them. I wasn’t sure exactly how I wanted to do my lights, but the team that came out gave me some suggestions which I so much appreciated. When the job was complete, it was breathtaking. They did the most beautiful job and that’s exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend them for all your outside Christmas lighting and I will certainly use them again next year as well.

I love Elevate! They do our mowing, fertilization, aeration, seeding, sprinkler system and will be talking to them about their tree trimming and hardscaping services! Great company, great people! USE THEM! You will not be disappointed.

Elevate came out and added a much needed retaining wall to my sloped backyard. Though they did an awful job communicating throughout the process, the workers arrived and did a fine job. They did however tear up a large portion of the lawn, which they provided netting, straw, and seed for. They informed me to water for half an hour twice a day, and not to worry about the netting as it’s biodegradable. Now this year, most of the grass didn’t take, which isn’t a big deal but there’s netting everywhere, and upon asking about how to handle the netting, I’m told that I was supposed to water twice as much and they’ve never used biodegradable netting. When I asked what a good solution was, they said I could pay them an additional charge to fix it, or do it myself. Elevate is dishonest and does not stand by their work
