I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. As part of a real estate sale contract, this company was brought out to service AC units in my condo. Apparently, the service technicians here are incapable of looking at an appliance and noticing potential issues. Part of the AC unit was being supported with duct tape and the service technician never mentioned anything. Because nothing was mentioned, no action could be taken. As a result of the compromised structural integrity, the unit eventually failed and resulted in a flood. But, because the duct tape worked just long enough, PM Contracting is denying responsibility. If you are an expert in the HVAC field and know what to look for, use this company. Anyone else is just going to be stuck with a company who kicks the can down the road and doesn't stand behind the work of their employees.

These guys have no business touching anything mechanical. They need to go to drivers ed, since they can't understand what a turn signal is!

I don't normally leave reviews like this but your drivers need to learn how to drive! Texting and driving on a 55 mph hwy, swerving all over & and not using a turn signal exiting the hwy! Looks like another review below had the same issue. Think about others safety please.

We requested a quote on our bathroom renovation on Monday, September 8. The owner, Tracy Weber, showed up on time for her appointment that day. We went over what we’d like to do and she assured us that she would get back to us with a quote. We never heard from her again. I even texted her on her cell phone, a couple of weeks later, telling her that I was disappointed that I had not heard back from her. I don’t know if our house wasn’t nice enough for her, or that we weren’t going to spend enough money or maybe, she just operates her business that way. As an owner of a woman owned business myself, I always answer my phone, I always connect with my client, and I always do what I say I’ll do. This was quite disappointing. If this job wasn’t for them, for what ever reason, The ethical thing to do would have been to connect back with us and at least let us know that this wasn’t a job they were interested in. I certainly could respect that. Based on my experience with this company, I would not recommend them. As such, I give them one star.

WE had them come out to Salmon SpeedWorx the shop I work for to get a set of heaters running for us. They were able to get them inspected, cleaned and running in timely manner. The tech Eric was super professional, honest, and friendly. I would 100% recommend to anyone or any business that is needing any work done. They do everything there plumbing, HVAC, electrical and more. 10 out of 10. Great job PM Contracting!!!! I will be recommending you to all my friends and family.
