This company works professionally on ONLY on sewer and drain repairs with expert plumbers focused on the skills required for thorough repairs. Liner product has 50-year warranty. Ralph explained much during his initial inspection for estimate. Each worker (about 5 or 6 on the entire job) introduced themselves, conducted themselves very professionally and respectfully, and worked diligently all day with no breaks except for lunch. They showed us the 'before and after' photos. They were cautious when an unexpected issue arose once they got below the concrete, but it all worked out smoothly. They do not hesitate to contact others in the company for assistance as needed. We don't expect to need them further, but we highly recommend them.

Ralph came out to look at the aging sewer line. He was extremely knowledgeable and willing to share the best solution for repairs. I learned so much. I highly recommend KC Flow Heroes for your Sewer Line needs.

Karl and his trainee was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He done it with love and understanding. Karl worked on the project until he was satisfied and the was completed. Office staff kept me informed of times and arrivals and did a follow up once it was complete. kc flow will be my to go plumber from here on out.

This company is a family owned company that demonstrated Top- Tier service that surpasses a lot of major well established companies. I have never experienced such detailed and considerate care. We came to them with a difficult situation and throughout the entire process we felt so supported with all of the staff operating to the fullest capacity to make sure that we were well taken care of. The prices were VERY reasonable for the quality of work that was performed, along with excellent speed of service. 10/10 Service all around from Staff like Debbie, Kat, Katrina, Ralph and Hadden. Literally can not thank this company enough, they were a life-saver! Will definitely use again in the future.
