Our service men were very polite and courteous. It was raining and they took care not to bring in any of the water with them as they went through the house. They also answered questions I had and went above and beyond to help me understand my humidifier on both the thermostat and on the unit. They were extremely helpful, polite, and efficient.

Song came out and helped us with our plumbing issues and did a great job. He was very kind, considerate and professional. If we ever have issues we will definitely use again. 10/10 would recommend!

My furnace was having poor performance and Paul got it back to into great shape. He cleaned out obstructing spiderwebs, checked gas flow, and exhaust safety. He gave me tips to keep it running well such as by changing the air filter. It was prompt and at a good price.

We've been dealing with an intermittent squeak from furnace for last few years. Took a bit, but United was able to diagnose and effect a warranty repair. No more squeaks.

Dan Wheeler with United was highly knowledgeable with years of in the trenches plumbing experience that showed in troubleshooting, repairing and relating to the customer. I highly recommend Dan and United as there was no sales job which is what plumbing has become. Dan is a craftsman and the cost was very reasonable

We’ve used United for years and wouldn’t change! Today had our annual hvac checkup. Paul was very friendly and explained what he would be doing today and then what he found. Also reminded us to keep weeds and vines pulled back from the outside unit - good reminder! Thanks!

Tech was very professional and explained the situation directly. United is always great to work with.

I must amend. The tech thought he fixed the problem, but they didn't fix it. Now we've had an additional two technicians out without the problem being resolved.

Furnace was blowing cool air so called United Heating & Cooling. Anthony arrived within a couple of hours and quickly resolved the issue. He was very detailed in explaining what had caused the problem to the point that even I could understand. We have been extremely pleased with the service we’ve received from United Heating & Cooling!!

I was so lucky they came out over the weekend when my furnace wasn’t working. The technician was kind, helpful and educational. He fixed the problem and I did not feel like he overcharged me for parts that I didn’t need like I have been in the past from other companies.

Kory and Alex arrived on time and were very efficient . They did an excellent job of the installation and cleaned everything up after the installation. They made sure everything worked and explained the function of the new unit. I highly recommend United Heating and Cooling

Fantastic! Elijah (I believe) was absolutely fantastic. Courteous and happy to answer questions. I knew nothing about the system and had numerous questions when he got here but by the time he left I feel confident in managing the heat/ac. He checked the temperature to offset the thermostats, helped change the dampeners, and walked me through what to look out for and common issues. Getting a quote for a humidifier and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Greatly appreciated I can’t thank you all enough!
