I would leave zero stars if possible. This shady company installed a HVAC system with the condensation line plumbed to drain in the crawl space causing mold in my new construction home. When asked to come fix it as part of their 1 year guarantee they came out and used duct tape to seal the end of the condensation piping. Thank God I had it reinspected by a reliable 3rd party. I would never recommend using Olson. Taking advantage of a single woman because you don’t think I’ll figure it out is despicable.
