After he diagnosed the problem he went to his truck and brought out a brand new power auger(over 8000.00 dollar machine) He had my main line cleaned out within minutes.Brent also brought to my attention problem areas that also needed to be fixed. We were referred to Kevin Ginnings Plumbing by a friend who has used them for years. Our drain pipe from the house to the septic tank became exposed because of erosion. There was a connection that came loose so it was beyond my capabilities to repair so we contacted Kevin. They came out and gave us a bid and assured us that it was ok to use until they returned to fix it. The repair was done by Kevin working the backhoe and directing traffic, Caleb who was doing most of the "dirty work" down in the trench and Clint and Jesse. Everyone was competent, and friendly. The job took almost exactly how long Kevin planned and they even let our grandsons sit in the drivers seat of the backhoe! At 5 and 3 they were very excited! They had all the things they needed to complete the repair along with the skill to do it correctly. Please consider using this business for quality work at a fair price.

Was told I needed a new hot water heater. My husband told them there was a wire loose and they ignored that. My uncle came over to fix it and it has not had any problems in over a month. $99.00 house visit for nothing!!!!!! Won't even use them again or refer them.

We had Kevin Ginnings Plumbing service put in a new shut off valve and remove some old plumbing we had from a water heater which changed when we put a tank heater in. Ron and Lukas come out promptly with an estimate and completed the job efficiently and neatly. The company called to let me know they were on their way and we are very happy with their service and friendly personalities. Quality job done.
