I can't rave enough about Air Experts! James came out to fix our furnace on the worst weather day we've seen in years. Ice and snow covered roads with temps well below freezing. I was prepared to suffer until the weather cleared but James did not hesitate to come to our rescue. The cost was significantly less than what I expected also! I would absolutely recommend James and Air Experts for all your heating and cooling needs!

James got to us within hours of calling, he knew exactly what was wrong based on my description, and had the AC fixed in 15 minutes or less, took longer as he educated me. So thankful as it was to be 90-100° the following 2 weeks.

Air Experts Heating and Cooling are awesome. I called them on the coldest day of the year because my furnace would not come on. They came out that day and had my heat up and going. They also talked to me about my furnace and performed some fine tuning so it performs brilliantly.

It was amazing! After struggling with another company to even show up, this was a breath of fresh air! They communicated, showed up, found my problem within 5 min, (which the other company said they couldn’t find), and got my system running by the time they left. I couldn’t be happier!

Wonderful experience! Jordan and Carter did everything we asked. They also offered suggestions of improvements and gave us estimates before doing the work. They were attentive and affordable. We will call them again.
