Great experience! We had an emergency and needed a plumber right away. Eric showed up within a couple of hours and had the issue diagnosed and fixed in no time. Super grateful and will definitely use R&R again.

We discovered Thursday night that our aging hot water heater was failing and needed replacing. A call to R&R Plumbing on Friday morning resulted in an initial service call by 11AM and full repair and replacement by 2PM. This means we have hot water for the weekend! Highly recommend R&R and service technician Eric for prompt, professional and quality service!

Had a tenant need work done. I was out of town and able to call and get scheduled quick. Thorough and informative through the installation process with multiple options presented. Eric did a great job.

On time, knowledgeable, fast completion of repair, and willing to look at other plumbing concerns than initial reason for call. Spent time investing obvious old leak in basement ceiling to dry if it was a plumbing issue which it was not. I appreciate their helpfulness and willingness to look for causes to an obvious problem. I will definitely call R & R for our future plumbing issues.

Answered call very timely and was even able to come earlier than what he had estimated. Went right to work and stayed with the project until he was able to find the issue using camera. Showed me the inside of the line and where the issues were. He was able to get the line open for temporary use until we can replace the line outside the house. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Had to have a complete shower valve replaced. Had to cut a hole in living room to access the plumbing, bad design when building. He advised me he could have done it from bathroom side but it's safer to replace a little sheet rock then to possibly have to replace even more if the tile wasn't sealed tight and years down the road have a mold issue.
That is a great business that worries about your houses overall outcome rather then just do it the cheapest way so they can be called back out years down the road.
Highly recommend using this company. Excellent work and got me in right away to do the work.

We had good service from R&R Plumbing yesterday. The scheduler, Alisha was courteous and friendly and scheduled Eric to come out yesterday afternoon to install a toilet.

Before Eric arrived, we received text updates. Eric was polite and had attention to detail and completed the job in a timely manner. The caulking job around the toilet was neatly done and we appreciated Eric's clean up.

I used R&R plumbing to put in my new waterlines and septic lines from my new house. Alisha Was very helpful when I called in to schedule the appointment for a leaky hydrant. Jimmy helped get things going as he was familiar with my job. And Eric and Cade got it done quickly. They got my water back on and did a great job.
