Douglas R, the technician that worked on my washer, left the washer in a horrific position. When I attempted to use the washer, water poured all over my basement area. It was deplorable. He did not give me an opportunity to load my washer to see if it was operable. He left and said the job was done. However, it was not. I attempted to call him using the phone number he called me on, and he never called me back. I call Sear immediately because the water had damaged my carpet and other boxes, luggage, etc. I had in my basement. Sear said they would put in a text message to him and he should call me immediately. However, he never called. I was so upset that he did not see if he had done the work properly before he left my home. And he never called at all. I think there should be some kind of reprimand for such an action as this.

A dy did a great job making sure that my riding mower is repaired and is up to date. You see that I am hard of hearing and made sure that I understand the situation and what he was going to do. So thankful 😀

I told us he didn't like our smart thermostat and weeds is the reason my air conditioner wasn't working if he took the time out to take cover off he would have saw my coils is messed up like I have a leak or something very disappointed in years right now my mother is 69 years old and we trying to keep it cool as possible in house and he didn't even take the time to look at it he got to my house at 9:06am and left at 9:15 am and I have video he stood out side and looked at didn't even take it apart
