It's alright not that bad just expensive.

It was a very positive experience working with BST. They were able to exceed expectations across the entire customer experience. We were pleased with their pleasantness, responsiveness, professionalism, and best practices from taking note of the requirements to performing the work until it was done. I highly recommend using BST and plan to do so again when upgrading a different part of our home.

Darren and James brought my house up to current building codes adding GFI's to the kitchen, garage and basement. Repaired and brought up to code my wiring on my air conditioning. Converted two fuse panels to circuit breaker panels. Diagnosed an electrical problem in my hallway and restored lighting. Added new electrical for a living room ceiling fan, Kitchen Microwave, Dishwasher and door bell. Installed 3 out door security lights and repaired/replaced a older existing one. Every step of the way (I had a three phase project) Darren Carroll's entire staff was polite, accommodating and available by phone, text or email. Their knowledge of their trade, their professionalism and their attention to detail is the reason why you would want to consider this company for your electrical needs. The cost for this extensive project upgrade to a residential property was reasonable and worth every penny. They left the site after each phase, neat and clean. Any debris left behind was disposed of in my dumpster while it was on site. Some debris needed to be handled through the St. Louis County Recycling program and that was separated and neatly organized for me. You have every aspect of your project covered: Professionalism, Knowledge, Communication, Availability, Response and Value.

Horrible place to deliver supplies to! They stop receiving at 1pm and the delivery area is small! I had to back all the way out after I got told they can’t unload me! Unbelievable

2 weeks emailing and calling with no return of a phone call or email WITH 2 DIFFERENT SALES PEOPLE. Trying to get a commercial account set up. Does no one want to sell products here?

To come out and complete an estimate or look at the problem is $199… That excludes any work that needs to be done. Im a bit fearful of any other charges or costs. However, he was available same day.

Called at 9:00 AM and scheduled an appointment between 4 and 6 pm to restore power to HVAC. I was informed the tech would call an hour before arrival. By 5:30, I had heard nothing so I called the shop. They stated they would contact tech and he would call me. By 5:50, I had heard nothing so I called again and received the same "Tech should have called, will have him call right away". Called again at 6:15, same response. By 7, I called and received the same. 28 degrees is the low tonight, and have no HVAC power; going to be another frigid night. Wish I would have called someone else instead of trusting Pearson to show up as agreed upon.
