Apparently they don’t build pools anymore?? We called and asked to make an appointment for a pool design estimate and were told, “We don’t do that anymore.” Confused, we asked what he meant. He said they don’t have the staff for it. While I know that everyone is having staffing issues, you may want to update your website to reflect that you no longer design and build pools, especially because those are some of the first words on the website. I can’t speak to their other services, but I thought I might save someone else that’s in the market for a pool the phone call and research into the company.

Great pool company. Pool Specialists have been servicing my pool and spa for two years now. I am extremely happy with the level of knowledge and service that they provide. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a one-stop solution to their home-pool needs.

PS built our pool and continues to maintain - today woke up to brown pool due to giant rainstorm and run-off. Called PS Pools and left a message... they called me right back and had a very nice technician (Cody -who has serviced our pool before) here by 10am. On a very busy Labor Day weekend! That's the kind of client service that gets me to write a review. This summer in particular, their customer service has been wonderful.

Be aware they overcharge on chemicals for your pool! Smoking on the job and making a mess in my yard and on my pool deck! very disappointed

The Pool Specialists were wonderful to work with throughout the design and building process. They made sure everything was to our liking, corrected it if it was not, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the end product. They are always responsive if we have service needs, which fortunately is not often.

Pool Specialists designed and installed our pool a few years ago. They maintained it for us for a year and showed us how to do it ourselves. They do good work and are proactive and very responsible to requests.
