We had electrical problems at our Business we called for help and within 30 min they were on site diagnosing the problem. Jay and is crew are Top notch electricians and had us up and running in no time. We have 3 phase electric and had no clue. They will be our go to electricians from now on.

I highly recommend this company. They came when they said they would (Actually, early). They found the problem right away and fixed it. Then checked unit over. I was thinking of replacing the A/C system because of the age, but they said unit was still good and wait at least another year. I was so very pleased with this company. You won't go wrong with them.

We called H&L after our previous disaster with west heating and air . They answered the call , came right out looked at the problem we had Encountered , ordered the right unit needed. I paid this place over $500 to service my air conditioning and not only did they change the price of Freon from $25/lb to $65/lb, I was told the leak issue was resolved and that they would check back in a month to ensure there was no sign of a leak. It wasn't even 2 weeks later my air stopped working again because it's out of freon. I called them immediately and I was told to call somewhere else to fix it!
It's almost 100° and it's still not even July! It's one thing to pull a "gas N go" on someone because you are in a hurry but whenever you act like you fixed a leak then you should check your work! Especially when you charged $40/lb extra than what you normally charge as well as charged 125 for showing up! I have 2 toddlers and this heat is dangerous! I never would have allowed them to step foot on my property if I knew I was going to get screwed out of over $500 and have to hire someone else to fix what H&L did not fix and only made worse which will cost even more!
Don't be fooled by how friendly they act. It's just an act!

This company is great to deal with. They installed a new unit for me a couple of years ago and they were great to deal with. This week I had an issue, more than likely due to a lightning strike, and they helped me isolate the problem and helped get the part to me. This was going into a holiday weekend and they were so helpful. Great company and great people to deal with. I appreciate their help and professionalism.

We had a new furnace installed late last year. My first call was H&L. They are the go to for any and all HVAC questions in the Lake Pomme de Terre area.We have known Tony Long for quite some time. I have high praise for his quick response to phone calls, communication and ability to gather all the necessary information to perform the job in advance! We're very happy with the performance of our new furnace. I cannot recommend H&L highly enough.
